Just the fact that the delivery arrived almost 3 month after order and instant payment prevents the 1 star rating:
1. Lies (!) regarding shipping status: CMY claimed in an answer that the shipping company did not have our address. The online tracking system has proven that the address was complete and correct.
2. Customer service reacted either late or not at all
3. Customer service ignored several emails to finally step back from the contract.
4. After having informed CMY that I will initiate a legal case, they have finally reacted and shipped the goods. Silently. No update on this process, no excuse. Nothing.
This was close to an ecommerce master case for lectures "How to screw-up customer experience in almost every dimension".
Reading other ratings, it does not seem to represent the standard.
My recommendation: if you experience a delay of more than one week without proactive notification by CMY, start reaching out early to customer service.

Wide range of variety, good deals, stickers/labels are good quality and do not peel off. Only downside is the 4 week wait for clothes to arrive, otherwise definitely worth it.

I bought a Stüssy jersey. The package was a bit delayed at first, so I was immediately offered a 10% discount code. Once the package was on its way, it arrived very quickly. The shirt is of excellent quality, and I'm very happy with it!

Sadly this is the rating the company deserve in the end. It started off great and I ordered two shirts. Prior to ordering the MAN U 2008 shirt I emailed and asked for clarification that the shirt I ordered would infact be the Man U shirt as shown in their listing. This a unique shirt from the Chamiones League final in Moscow. This was the specific shirt my son asked for his birthday. The team got back swiftly and assured me that it would be this shirt. Brilliant. Ordered myself the France x Stussy one too. The shirts arrived.. France one is amazing,. the quality and detail is exceptional.. The Man U one alos, every detail is fantastic...apart from.. you guessed it. This was NOT the Champions League final shirt as listed, I even sent a screen shotfrom their website for reference in my initial email. I was simply lied to. I emailed the company again and at first the guy was super helpful and was passing it on for review. 2 weeks passed and nothing. I emailed again for an update. Nothing. A further week passed and I emailed again saying I was left with no option but to write this review. It's a shame because things could have been okay if they had just stated that no, thats not the shirt you'll recieve, thats weirdly just on the listing for show. I wouldnt have purchased that one but still the France one. The company let me down massively and in turn I let my son down and looked stupid. The lack of customer service has been shocking, the lack of care.

Purchased T-shirts on the buy one get one free promotion, had 2 tee’s in my basket, but when confirmation came through , it only showed one. I sent an email asking for the additional top as per bogof, customer services at this point were fine, they confirmed the order was mid being processed and could be edited, and 1 extra could be be added to my order , as one package as they were a gift for my daughter and the delivery time was quite long. The order came, only one t shirt was in the order.
I have been messaging to request the additional be sent out as promised and part of bogof but I am now being ignored

The jersey took a while to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. The jersey has a well-finished collar, a high-quality print, and excellent embroidery. I confess I was a little hesitant at first, but I recommend everyone to buy here, not only for the kindness and prompt response to messages, or the quality of the jersey, but also because I was given a pair of pants completely free with the jersey (they were also excellent). I will definitely buy from here again and will recommend it to many people.

Placed an order, was delayed for an extra week, which was okay as they emailed me to say there was a delay. Items came, they were too small, emailed the email given in case you need any assistance, did initially respond until I mentioned returning items and getting a refund, as I wanted to buy the items in the correct size, but have been ignored ever since. I emailed again referencing my order and ignored yet again. When they initially emailed me back I had high hopes of getting a refund and purchasing the items again in the correct size, now, I simply do not care, cmyclothes are clearly selfish, greedy and do not care for their customers, to be ignored after mentioning return/refund is outrageously unprofessional and just screams greed. I personally would not recommend this company and seek your clothing elsewhere, not happy with my experience at all of cmyclothes, will never use them again.

Yeah I’ll be buying more from this website. First off, the shirts are great and the price is too good to be true, except it is true. Only downside is it takes quite long to deliver, but for that price it’s worth it!

I ordered these really good t-shirts, with some fear as many other stores would have been full of scams or what not, but cmystores had really high quality t-shirts, including a discount with the “ Buy 1 get 1 free ” option. These t-shirts are amazing. I would definitely recommend buying from this website
