BEAUTIFUL COLORS - USE THEM IN LIGHTING THAT I DESIGN

I have a unread or un-answered message in for you on FAIRE.

I needed to purchase some of the stands (I did not realize they were not included. However, that is all I need and that does not meet the minimum order for FAIRE. I wqould appreciate an answer.

I've been overcharged with 20€ by customs fees without telling me the reason. So I have paid more for the same.

You sent me a defect cube. When You sent a new one You declared it on a wrong way so I had to pay double tax/fee

Didn't complete my order. I have sent multiple emails about this with no reply.

My order arrived missing one of the items I paid for (Original Stand), although the shipping receipt showed the order as complete. the frustrating part is I've sent two emails to support and have had no response, and more frustrating is that their is no phone number to call to talk to someone to get this fixed.

Quick shipping. The cube is beautiful as expected. All around great experience. Love it!

I ordered the complete set and was disappointed that the colors are just vinyl stuck on the faces, unlike some other cubes/prisms that actually refract the light. Additionally, I could see the edges of the vinyl where it didn’t line up properly. I also don’t like that not all the sides of some of the shapes are colored. The shapes are very interesting, and some of them will make a nice addition to my shelf. However, I would like to see some actual prisms or better quality vinyl in the future.

I was so happy to find a Dichroic Tetrahedron at CMY Cubes. I needed one for a project I was working on, and couldn't believe how tough it was to find one of these until I checked their website. Thanks so much!

I'm hoping that you can make an even smaller one in the future where the base is an inch in width.

We ordered a cube 1 month ago as gift but the package is stuck since more than 2 weeks, and nobody replies to any of our requests. AT this point we just feel that we lost our money.

Fast and good delivery. Product as expected. Import costs/shipping were +75% but im stil verry happy.

I have ordered the CMY Pack. According to the information on the web page, 'each pack includes 4 x Cube Stands'. However I've received only one stand, so the set was incomplete. When I asked about missing items, the manager answered me 'I can confirm that there is only one free CMY cube stand'. After that they have stopped answering all further questions. I think that such a policy of the shop is dishonest.

We contacted customer service via the web site request form, citing the received product defect in details. We were never contacted back. The email requesting this review also automatically falls under junk mail, which is why we failed to notice it earlier. Additionaly, hoping they would be reachable this way, we left a bad review of the company of Shop app, which they also never answered to.

Delivery was quick and everything arrived in one piece so I was happy.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE AND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SWAMPED WITH THEIR SPAM EMAILS FOREVER. YOU CANNOT UNSUBSCRIBE. I made the mistake of buying one of their products and have received emails ever since. Note there is no way of unsubscribing on the website or in their emails. If you make the mistake of logging back in it just gets worse. If you contact them by chat or emails, and point out they are impossible to unsubscribe from, they email back with promises that all your data has been removed from their systems - then a few days later you will receive emails as usual.
