Transaction Queries
I had a couple of queries about a few transactions which left my account in the last couple of days which I didn’t recognise. I’m a pensioner, 79 yr old and find buying products on the internet very scary. The 2 in question had a recurring payment set up which I definitely wouldn’t have accepted. My bank refunded my payments which I am very grateful for.

BAD EXPERIENCE
Tried to open a current account with this bank. They sent me an email saying that there was issues with my address, and I had to phone the contact centre to resolve. I phoned the contact centre who said they cant do anything about this, *(basically wanted nothing to do with me) Not sure f they don't like the area I live in or what - but whatever this application isn't going to happen. Very disappointed in the CO-OP
