For me it only took upto 4 months to get somewhere. I thought the process moved very quickly and smoothly. The only thing I had bothered with was the Co-ownership online website but the rest of the process was quickly done.

Over 55's
I was able to do everything online so no need to make journeys into Belfast
So all went through quickly and if I needed any questions answered I could email or ring and everyone was helpful and friendly

I went through Co-Ownership with my partner to buy our first home as first time buyers.
The process was very easy and they had all the information and a decision back with us within 3 weeks.
I would recommend Co-Ownership for anyone trying to get in the property ladder.
