They misrepresented sweater I bought. They show this beautiful knitted sweater. But that is not the sweater they are selling. They took a picture of the sweater, then made prints of it.
Very disappointed. Sure get your money back. You have to pay shipping well, I might as well just keep the damn thing I’ve had it for two months and never wore it. I didn’t even wanna give one star.

False advertising. The sweaters I ordered have a printed dog on printed fabric to look like a real knitted sweaters.

I am trying to reach out to return a top and getting nothing but the runaround and please write a review. Ok here you go. Ordered a 3X shirt ( not even going to call it a soft sweater!!) and the bag it came in said 3X but the tag on the top was an XL! Way too small to fit me so now what do I do?????🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. If you are a legit company you would get back in touch with me and make this purchase correct!! 🤨🤔. Hmmmm we shall see. Ball is in your court now. I will post scathing review on Facebook if this is not handled soon 😡

I really wouldn’t even give them a star. I placed an order. Items were not as shown in advertisement and they did not fit. I requested information for returning. They wanted to know why I was returning. I advised them and they said they would get back to me. I haven’t heard from them.

I requested a refund, they offered me a 20% coupon on their site and to keep the item to avoid expensive international return charges. I declined such a stupid offer. I would never wear this junk, maybe a charity bag for a homeless shelter? They claim to be a US company but goofs come from Singapore and there is no US return address. I filed a dispute for the charge with the credit card company, waiting to see how it will be resolved.

On their website, they show and title these sweaters as being knitted cardigans, and they look very beautiful, prompting me to buy 2 of them. What I received was a printed on polyester “sweater”, more like the material of a polyester sweat jacket, if you can picture that. Nothing about this “cardigan” was knit, like the picture displayed. Their 24/7 customer service is a facade, non existent. Notice, no phone number, just an email address. They have also falsely an England address. This company is located in China. I have written them 4 times, requesting to send these “cardigans” back for a refund, to no avail. Not one response from them.

I would score it 0 stars if that option were available.
The goods are nothing like the online description. Linen and cotton shirts were a cheap polyester blend. Cotton t-shirts were a cheap polyester blend.
Sweaters and sweatshirts were a cheap polyester blend. This website offers false advertising.
None of the clothing had a company name or fabric tags detailing the real materials.
Enjoy the cute "photos" online, but do not buy.

What I ordered - hooded knitted cat cardigan - was nothing like the online picture. Cheap crappy material, NOT knitted, Not even the right colour. Totally scammed - no one would ever wear this ant it cost me approximately $90 au $
If I could show you photos you would see the total rubbish I was sent. Never buy from this company
