Turned up on time. Very well presented coach. Driver was friendly and professional. I would have preferred a few more updates along the booking process. All in all - if I ever need another coach, I’ll be coming back to Coach Hire Direct.

Fantastic and efficient service from Craig and all at Coach Hire Direct.

I was organising a large charity function last weekend and had booked a coach elsewhere for 50+ people, only to find out the day before that they were not able to honour my booking! Thankfully Craig from Coach Hire Direct came to my rescue and organised a coach and driver for me at less than 24 hours notice. A member of the office staff went in on the Saturday afternoon specifically to sort the paperwork, and everything was sorted very quickly.

On the day of the event the coach arrived promptly, was of a very high standard and was lovely and clean. My colleague who travelled on the coach with our event guests gave the following feedback when I asked her about the coach driver: “Absolutely fabulous! So accommodating and really kind.”

Overall I have only great things to say about this company. Thank you again for saving the day, we will definitely be back!

Everything about the booking experience was straightforward and Craig only wanted to be helpful. The coach arrived on time and the coach was spotless. The driver was kind and helpful to everyone and a really nice guy called Martin. Thank you, we will definitely use your coach company again.

The coach arrived early and the driver helped put our luggage on the coach. The coach was clean and tidy. The driver put on a dvd which kept everyone entertained. Overall a very good company.
