Appalling service
Had to contact this company multiple times to request details on a commercial property. When they eventually did contact me, they were then meant to arrange a viewing, and get back to me. Two days later, when they HADN'T got back to me, I called again. Spoke to the rudest and most unhelpful lady ever, who informed me that Phil was out, and she couldn't guarantee him returning my calls, and suggested she give me his email address so I could email him. I told her I wasn't in a position to take down an email address, nor send an email, and I asked that she email Phil herself, and get him to call me. But in the world of the inefficient, incompetent and perpetually offended staff member, this was too much, expecting her to actually provide some sort of customer service and do her job, so within minutes I received a call back from Phil, about my "aggressive tone", to his "crying" staff member!! So here's a couple of observations and suggestions. Phil was quite obviously easily contactable by his office given that he called minutes later - so perhaps in future just do your job and pass on messages or send emails yourself, rather than trying to get your clients to do your job for you? And don't insult everyone's intelligence by doing the "crying" thing, to cover up for and excuse your poor customer service. I'll now contact the owner of the property directly via Land Registry details and tell them I'm interested in it, but have been held up and stymied by the agents they've engaged who are absolutely hopeless.
