Very professional service in the comfort of your own home. Catriona is a brilliant communicator and explained the procedure clearly prior to starting. It had been a long time since I had had my ears waxed, so this was much appreciated. Would definitely use again and recommend unreservedly.

From the minute Cat arrived at my home I knew I was in good hands. Cat is a very experienced audiologist and explained everything very clearly.
I have never experienced having a blocked ear before and my hearing had become so bad it was really getting me down and had become quite debilitating .
I wasn’t really sure how to deal with it and was very nervous about getting it treated and was not sure where to go .
After researching I thankfully found Cat and her home service .
Cat was very personable , professional and kind. She explained everything clearly as she proceeded and was very gentle and reassuring . She treated both my ears and by the time she left I felt like a different person !
I had not realised that wax build up could have such a detrimental effect on your hearing , and next time I will not struggle and leave it I will be booking straight in with Cat !
Having a home visit made me feel so much more comfortable and the booking process was very easy and flexible.
