Received items very quickly bought 2 Terry towelling waterproof duvet protectors and 2 pillow protectors. Bought the duvet protectors mainly for the fact we have 2 older cat who decide if they are going to be sick it is often on our duvets so decided to protect them as duvets were expensive.

Unfortunately the dust mite duvet…
Unfortunately the dust mite duvet protector I had in November. Went to change this in January and the zip broke. I emailed costal linen. Who asked for my order number. I then never got a reply. I also sent a email in feb and never had a reply.

Good Morning, I am sorry you are unhappy with the service you received, however, you ordered at 8.12 pm on the 7th of February, and this was sent the next day on the 8th as per your instruction and delivered by Parcelforce on the 9th, we do not operate a 24-hour business and your order was placed after our cut off time of 3 pm, but was sent out the next working day the 8th.
