Superb service with no bother! The goods i received were of good quality and value.

Website was easy to use, both Coastal Linen Supplies and delivery company kept in contact. Items were delivered within 3 days. Excellent service.
Microfibre zipped duvet cover was bought to cover a feather duvet, it washes well, fitted my duvet and was very soft to the touch. Only slight downside is that together with own duvet cover, makes it warmer, though not a huge issue.

The quilt cover came quickly and I was kept in touch with the dispatch. All very satisfactory

I called to check sizes, the assistant explained she would put me on hold and measure the cover for me.
The sizes were confirmed, I was advised to order on line. Confirmation was immediate and delivery was the next day. The covers are of good quality and the correct size. All in all, good efficient service, well done Coastal Linen.

Dispatch and delivery was ok. The website descriptions could be a bit better, i.e. height of mattress covers. I found the description misleading as the picture clearly shows a fully enclosed mattress protector with a zip at the end and there is nowhere in the description that would suggest otherwise. I ordered two and they are only fitted sheets with a waterproof panel at the top. I contacted the company but they never replied. I also order two duvet protectors. The first one was fine, but when I opened the second one a week later, it had a hole in it. I again contacted the company and again received no reply. I would like to at least exchange one of my mattress protector for a fully enclosed one, as shown on the picture and as I thought I had ordered. I had to use one immediately so will have to keep that one and the same with the duvet protectors but I am not happy. This is very disappointing from a smaller company, which prides itself on being a family-run business. My first email was sent immediately after I received my order, at the beginning of the month.
