We’re so happy to hear everything went smoothly and that you appreciated the gift wrapping. It’s also wonderful to hear that both the product description and our size guide matched your experience - we put a lot of work into making these as helpful and accurate as possible.

I love these products, but sizing is an issue
I love these products. The ease of ordering is great. I’m just having trouble with sizing. The sizing chart runs big. I’ve tried two different sizes, sizing down on my second order, and it’s still too big. Because they come from Europe the mailing process takes too long to deal with returns/ exchanges. I’ve just been taking them in by hand sewing.

Thank you so much for your feedback, Jennifer 💕
We’re very happy to hear that you love our products and the shopping experience!
We’re sorry that finding the right size has been a little tricky. As we carry styles from different collections and brands, sizing can vary from one product to another.
This is why many of our products have their own specific size guide, and we always recommend checking the size guide on the individual product page rather than using the sizing from a previous purchase as a reference.
We hope you find the perfect fit - and we love that you’ve been able to make your pieces work in the meantime! 💕
All the best,
