Ordered in februari 2020 a Kit for my Mercedes. After several weeks I received an incomplete kit. I tried to get in contact with Cockpitdekor by mail as well as by WhatsApp. At least 10 times I tried to get in contact: no response from Cockpitdekor. My advice: look further. Look for a company that solves problems, not causing them.

This is a scam company! Delivery was 2-3 weeks, but nothing arrived so I contacted them three times in total. First time it was delayed because of some missunderstanding, second time because some national holiday and third time I didn't even get a reply back. Contacted Paypal and asked for a cashback. I think the seller had 10 days to reply to Paypal, but not before the last day I finally recieved my money back. I also got an email from Paypal telling me the seller never answered on their messages. Seller delayed paying back my money until the very last day and that shows what kind of company this is. I lost more than 2 months waiting for my item and hours in contacting the seller and Paypal. Avoid!

Totally unreliable and probably gone out of business, have ordered a decoration set for my Sprinter 4 weeks ago but no response at all
All the time I send a question when my order will be delivered I get an automatic response back.

I ordered from them one set stickers for my b6 Passat which arrived with two pieces missing and one of them didn’t fit at all.I tried to contact them by mail and messages but after 4 weeks they never replied me yet.So 65€ to the trash bin.

Ordered black piano gloss kit for my truck. Correspondence was great answered all questions I had. Postage does take a while but that’s due to manufacturing process. Product looks and sticks great.

bought a kit for my kia soul half of it was for a left handed car and the sizes were out by at least 2mm ,tried to get a response from them but they kept ignoring me .please do not buy this rubbish its very bad quality

Honestly do not buy from this company I think it is a one man band as cant track them to number in uk when phoned he new nothing about them so had to deal with someone called Willy one email only contact as contact company no reply and because I asked pay pal to step in he banned me from buying I now sold car and don't need parts to friend so he wanted to finish off dashboard and would not take order as he thought it was me silly man as car was half done because he sent wrong kit which I would have paid full money to get rectified but he did not want to sell to me kit was actually reasonable not best quality but ok he had to refund me and PayPal have got his measure now so hopefully this will dent his business as he has no business skill anyway who in this day refuses an order how big or small if his boss is reading this I would fire this person which I do believe it is him and him only anyway buyers beware I would not buy from them again for my new car will source a kit else where beware Willy is his name on email anything I can do to help just contact me and advise anyone off this company as don't want anyone to wait the time I waited and for what half a kit but all good in end I got full refund and he lost half a kit so he cut it all out for nothing so glad he wasted time and effort in this anything else I can do to hurt this company sale a pleasure Greig

I ordered cockpit decor May last year.
Bad fit and air bubbles. Could not use it. It looks terrible. Despite many emails, I have not received any compensation. Not even an answer. It is very bad to treat customers in this way.
Can definitely NOT recommend this company.
