A very personable service and back up
So far I've been very pleased with my dealings as whoever, and there have been several, I have spoken to has been very warm and knowledgable. I've only just received the X10 and it has been relatively easy so far, but my next step is to record the old vinyls I have and this will be less straightforward I'm sure, but I have been asked to get back with any questions or request any advice I need from Cocktail. I feel very confident I will receive courtesy and sound help when I do.
I cannot comment fully on the audio capabilities of the X10 yet, but so far so good with ripping and replaying CD's, internet radio a doddle, setting up the wireless connections easy peasy, and the overwhelming feeling is of a good buy.
I'm pleased.

Very poor product
Not totally happy with the x10 it rips 90% of my albums but none of the updates have worked I'm still on r1644 and the cocktail audio wireless USB adapter comes up warning! not found wireless device. Hard drive died on me i bought another one that was recommended for the system it didnt accept it sent it back as faulty. Got another one samething i ended up not using it again it was a lot of money for a very poor device i have not even looked at another one of their products.

Impeccable service!
A great system,which does such a lot and holds thousands of songs, very easy to use. This appealed to me for thar reason and to put my collection of music on one system. There is nothing I like better than to hit random and listen to my collection.
The only thing was I had the cocktail audio 16 months and the hard drive packed up! I sent it back to Koby who was most helpful and he replaced it with more memory on the hard drive and he was fantastic with any issues re the cocktail. Just make sure you keep regular updates like any computer. It's great to have it back and make sure you back up your music incase you do lose the hard drive. It's so small, but has a big sound.

Amazing
Great service, standard delivery arrived next morning. Loving listening to all my old cd collection very easy to use have uploaded almost 60 albums with no problems so easy to scan through and find a track or album, internet radio is a real bonus crystal clear and so much to choose from. A great buy !

just getting to know my cd storage / music streamer as i purchased the cocktail audio x10 last month - but to date I have been ecstatic at every facet of the system ..
from the ease of use to the hifi sound to digital internet radio i couldn't be more pleased ...
for a few years I always wanted a brennan but once your component was introduced i thought on paper u shaded it in comparison but i must admit i really could only heap praise on how it fits all my needs and more as i have a huge music collection I want to have at my fingertips - also looks cool as well 10/10 rating (with just one little blemish - I didn't receive the freeDB data DVD if you still provide it ...)

Too early to make a propper judgement.
Very handy bit of kit for storing all your music in the same place, looks good and the sound quality is more than acceptable, the only downside is the Instruction manual which is sometimes points you in the wrong direction so you have to work things out for yourself which can be quite annoying at times.

My new X10
I purchased the Cocktail audio x10 after my Philips wac 7500 failed. I am very pleased with my unit. installing a hard drive is easy and loading my music collection took a while but worth it. I connected speakers and sounds good to me, I also use an android app called mediaHouse and listen to my music on a Bluetooth speaker anywhere in the house. Overall I would say the x10 is a great buy

For playing music First rate but----
Playing music is great and it wll play all day with no priblem but the radio will noit play for more that a few minutes then it switches it self off and starts streaming and then goes off. I have tried putting the "Sleep" to off but to no avail. Can't understand why it will play music all day but won't play radio. I have been on to the forum but none of the suggestions seem to work

We are sorry you are having issues with your Radio. Possible solutions could be ensuring you have a decent WIFI signal or if on wired try choosing another service or stream. You could also try dynamic radio stations - quite like an alternative radio service. eg Many BBC stations have many streaming options & dynamic online links posted on their website.
