Thank you very much for the feedback. We do appreciate that we are not the cheapest pre-mixed cocktails on the market - and we would love to be able to reduce our prices - but for what we provide we simply can’t do that at this moment in time I’m afraid. However, we do believe that we offer exceptional value for money and if you have 5 minutes spare, we’d like to take the time to explain why.
Before I do so I’d like to address the bottle/servings issue. When adding one of our products to your cart you are offered two options: ‘250ml (2 servings)’ or ‘1L (8 servings)’. If you check out the pictures you can also see these two bottle sizes in the picture. If you check out the description it also states in bold lettering ‘Available in 250ml (2 Serving) and 1L (8 Serving) bottles’. I truly am sorry if you were led to believe this meant you would receive two bottles. If you ever do have any doubts or questions please do contact us as we are always happy to help. You can do this quickly through our website or any of our social media and we always try to respond immediately.
With the ‘Long Island Iced Tea’ you also get a Coca-Cola mixer. This means that once mixed, you’ll have 2x 225ml servings, each containing 2.5 shots (more than a double) of full-strength spirit. To my knowledge, that is the largest and most alcoholic long island iced tea readily available online. Plus, we include straws and garnishes for free, so all you need to add is ice.
For that little bit extra you also get a lot better quality: More premium spirits and much higher quality ingredients, resulting in a taste that’s far superior than competitors. I’m certain that if you had the opportunity to taste it you may think differently to the price. And by paying that little bit extra you allow us to be a living wage employer, make regular donations to charity, be carbon neutral, offer 100% plastic free packaging, and offer a quality nationwide delivery service with our shipping partners DPD.
With regards to your order, we actually made a 15p loss, so to receive a 3-star review for being too expensive without tasting the cocktail really hurts a small business like ours. The cost of shipping to us is nearly £10. This includes a couple of pound for the super secure, plastic free packaging, and nearly £8 for delivery using DPD. We only charge £4.99 for delivery as huge companies who get cheaper rates have made us smaller companies look expensive for charging any more than that. As for the ingredients cost, we aren’t able to get alcohol much cheaper than you can buy from a supermarket. Again, as a small business our buying power is just too small to compete with the big companies.
This means when you only buy one cocktail and use a discount code we barely break even and like in this case, run at a loss. This is before we try to pay any overheads like rent, bills, wages etc. We do this though and don’t implement a minimum order like most other cocktail companies because we want people to be able to try us for the cheapest possible price. We are that confident you’ll be wowed by our cocktails and become a customer forever. Rest assured though, when you buy in larger quantities using our mixed bundle packs, you can get your cocktails much cheaper, from as little as £3.95 a cocktail including the mixers, straws and garnishes. That’s before any discount codes or customer reward points, and even includes free nationwide next-day delivery (on all orders over £60).
I hope that helps explain what we offer and the reasoning behind our prices a bit better. We do appreciate your custom and your feedback, and we hope you’ll give us another chance at some point in the future. Great Service Above and Beyond the Norm
Ordered some "Horses Neck" as a 90th birthday present for a very dear friend. I asked on the order if they could add a birthday greeting note to be included in the parcel and to delay delivery till the actual birthday. This was arranged but Zac went even further and got a card for the greeting. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Amazing cocktails at a great value

Perfect for zoom parties!

Stumbled upon ‘cocktails at home uk’ and was able to get everyone’s favourite cocktails delivered to their houses. Turned out you get two servings per bottle so there was more than enough! Everyone loved them and there’s definitely no case of half measures here so it made for a fun night to say the least
