I bought a cream and pink jumper. The first time I washed it as instructed on the label, the pink colour ran in to the cream, making it unwearable. I spoke to customer services who were less than helpful and said they couldn't help. Very expensive, terrible quality and no recourse.

I recently took the plunge and made my first purchase at Cocoa Cashmere and it won't be my last!

To be honest, I was unsure what to expect but I am so happy with my new jumper... it's just so, so soft. The ordering process was easy, delivery was quick and my order was packaged beautifully.

It is hard to find a brand nowadays that is eco conscious but can also offer quality... Cocoa Cashmere does both. For me this company is a gem of a find.

I've been seeing a lot about purchasing fewer items that are higher quality and did some research into cashmere. After seeing the company on Instagram, I immediately fell in love!!! The designs are so so pretty. I always used to think cashmere was boring. I've told everyone I know and I will FOR SURE be purcashing again!

Ordered two jumpers, returned one, wished I’d returned the other too as all bobbly after a couple of wears and it really doesn't feel like cashmere even if it actually is !!! Really poor quality for the price, such a shame as love the designs

First reviewer for Cocoa Cashmere and I am delighted to say I have been blown away by the service and products. Placed an order shortly after 2pm on Thursday, got a confirmation of order shipment within 2 hours and had my order delivered before 11am the next morning. How fast is that! Not only that but the two jumpers I ordered are absolutely scrumptious and cloud soft! They are exactly as described on the website - the heavier weight Harper jumper is heavy and luxurious and the Maia tunic jumper is mid-weight so falls beautifully. Both are suitably oversized as described with a generous length of sleeves down to fingers just as you would want your winter jumper (I for one can’t stand a jumper with 3/4th sleeve length! You can always push a long sleeve up but what do you with a too-short arm length!). I can’t wait for winters now so I can get to wear my lovely cosy jumpers and have a mug of hot cocoa!! I wish my budget allowed me to purchase some more of their gorgeous stuff right away! I will be keeping my eyes peeled for their promotions and snap up the stunning Harper jumper in royal blue and another magenta jumper on the website that I have my eyes on, now that I know that the quality and service is exceptional.
