Spectrum Labs advises generously to have full product satisfaction guarantee and very easy availability to communicate with their team if one should have the need, but both are incredibly untrue.

I have tried chatting and calling, leaving a voicemail, to no response.

We have purchased URINE LUCK synthetic additive twice now for a pre employment urine screen, having it rush delivered to make the available testing window, and both batches were validated as effective per Spectrum labs website.

Unfortunately, both tests now have come back as invalid.
This is causing a delay in employment start date and a major headache as I'm pretty sure there will have to be a third time test and am now obviously considering a different product. Not to mention, it’s been wildly expensive.

While the “Urine Luck” additive is only around $30 on the website, to have it shipped sooner than 5-7 days arrival date later is incredibly costly. For both of these purchases, I’ve paid over $70 each, totaling me over $150 with no passing test.

When I reached out to inquire about how I could have some kind of compensation or reimbursement for this, I was advised the following has to be an exact match in order to request any money back. I was offered a $15 off coupon which is nice but doesn’t even cover the expedited shipment that almost all lab level urine tests provides (3 day test window, have to have expedited shipping).

Also, please be advised there’s no way to find this product locally to avoid this shipping fee as Spectrum doesn’t track their resales and I was told I could manually call or go in-person to every local shop near me which might carry this product to ask each individually if they carry this product.

Here is the actual policy for satisfaction guarantee to obtain any reimbursement. I don’t know about you but I don’t tend to hang on to packaging, so user beware you need photos of every thing in the package, the package itself including bar code and instructions, as well as proof of a failing test (if it comes back invalid, it doesn’t count so don’t expect satisfaction guaranteed).

To say this has been a frustrating and disappointing interaction and experience for such a highly regarded company has been an understatement.

Very disappointing 😞

Sadly I have placed 3orders now and had issues with 2 of the 3 so it's time to let others know my experience.

First order never arrived weeks later it had been destroyed been shipping poor packaging and had leaked all over returned to urineluck who resent the order

Next delivery came with no issues

3rd delivery I missed the postman was not given an option for redelivery or to have deliverd to a collection point items was returned to sender I tried to call the mobile number provided no one answers EVER next thing I get told I have been refunded and now have to wait days for my money to clear ratgercthan juts calling me or communicating with me

Really poor customer service poorly executed very over priced plenty of other places you can get the same products for much less of the mark up forba really cheep bladder only last a few heat ups and they spilt and leak so you need to replace often

I paid 164 on the 11th June and have no money and no product send 4 emails and they are not bothered at all told me just to order again like I would spend my money with them again lol very ambitious

Received really quickly, sadly the drink option does not work.

Drank on an empty stomach with the bottle saying to then fill with water and drink 2 additional drinks of water, I drank 4/5 2 pre and 3 after, still the THC shows in my tests.

The fake piss might work better but I won’t be trying as I’ve just wasted £40 on a drink which doesn’t work

Ordered of this his company on Thursday ( next day delivery) today is Sunday and it’s still not here.I hav emailed them but no reply. It has left me in quite a position in the morning as I start a new job. I wouldn’t order from here again
