My order tagged as delivered, but I haven't received it. There's no customer service available, not even a number to call and report.

Clever, simple marking and advertising. Nice packaging but products do not give results as advertised.
Body shimmer gel is literally glitter- ideal for young teenagers but given competition in the market these days not really meeting the mark in comparison to some high street brands.
Face primer was okay for price and anti aging tan serum brought a slight Brightness to face but certainly after a week of using I would expect a more bronzed effect. I love a bargain but sometimes you get what you simply pay for and on this occasion I paid too much.
The soul purpose of this review is with the hope for more transparent advertising.

I’m so disappointed with this product. I bought the shampoo & conditioner and it literally smells like toothpaste. It’s awful! And then when I looked at the description it said peppermint scent. I absolutely hate it! Which is a shame as your other products smell divine and now I’m really wishing that I went with what I usually buy. It left my hair really flyaway too and only felt soft when it was wet. I won’t use it again. Wasted the best part of £50 on this garbage.

I made a mistake and ordered the elixir, which had silicones in it. I don’t use silicones on my hair and reached out to coco and eve to ask for a refund and was sending the product back. Instead, the customer services gave me a full refund, without asking for the product back. This just shows how much they value their loyal customers. I have been using their hair care range for years and will continue to. Thank you for a pleasant experience..

I was expecting the same results I saw in their advertising on FB. Just typing that now makes me feel like an idiot. I did not get the results I was expecting. My hair is now dry and dull after using their super hydrating shampoo, conditioner and mask. My hair only felt soft when wet. Also my natural curls have fluffed rather than become more defined. My curls have also straightened rather than bounce. I am disappointed and won't be buying from Coco and Eve again. I will go back to my favourite, which was cheaper and a far superior product.

I recently used the Coco & Eve sunny honey antioxidant face tanning micromist.
Within seconds of application my face started to burn. My skin became red and swollen. I immediately washed my face and after a while the redness subsided.
I have never had a skin reaction to any other facial tanning products before. I can’t recommend this product.

First time I have purchased from Coco and Eve and I am disappointed with the size of the products if this are full size, I would not like to see the miniature ones. I think they are very overpriced for the amount of product.

Don’t waste your money.

I purchased like a virgin Coco and eve, shampoo and conditioner. The first day, my hair was so unruly, even after straightening it, and the second day, it was so weighed down and greasy, I had to wash it immediately. Just a horrible product.

Absolute waste of money. Appalling that companies sell such rubbish and people use their money in hope to achieve a great result. Terribly disappointed.

I think I just wrote a review saying that a missing product that Customer Service promised me they would send has not but this order has just arrived and I would just like to say that Coco and Eve provide really good products really good quality and even though I thought my missing product wasn’t gonna turn up now has just now I will continue to buy from this website. I love their products. I absolutely love them. They’re really good quality they last and I’m just addicted to buying things from there so Customer Services please ignore previous comment and thank you for sending my replacement.

The product does not produce the results you see in their marketing. The quality of the product is terrible and after using the shampoo/treatment my hair was dull and felt like straw. Better off buying cheap nasty hair products for those kinds of results. Waste of your money. I regret trying out this product and feel like a fool for believing the advertising.

I was shocked to see the score of this company here vs on their Website, where they show up as 4.8, however, after my experience with them, I totally understand why.

I have purchased 3 different products from them and submitted feedback on the shampoo & conditioner specifically. Unfortunately the product is not good, it has done nothing for my hair and it is too pricey for the size. I submitted my feedback through their Website with a 3 star score and shared my input.
Turns out my comment got deleted.
When I confronted them and asked where my comment was, they kept gaslighting me giving me discount codes and apologizing, but never addressing the issue or taking accountability. However, you can still see all the (allegedly) 5 star reviews (shocker!).

Long story short, their products are not good and they, as company, are dishonest. I will definitely not be purchasing from them again.

I just don’t understand the reason behind these overpriced Products. It still got all the nasties like silicone etc in the elixir. Ok, the products smell nice and make the hair momentarily smooth. That’s not the reason why people choose pricey products over the drugstore brands
Maybe the shampoo doesn’t have sulphates but that’s it

Karina offered great, friendly service, very fast and efficient. Replacing my item that was delivered to the wrong place.
Unfortunately, Evri let them down, but was sorted in good time.

I ordered products which are expensive and they were to get delivered by Evri, after 15th June no more correspondence from Evri, thy said it’s up to sender to resolve problem. Have contacted Coco & Eve countless times and never received a single email. I will never purchase from Coco & Eve again, you’ve just lost a good customer. Since I wrote this review I’ve had an email from Coco n Eve apologising and will send out my order again

Makes my hair feel like straw. Small bottles for the amount paid.

This is my first time ordering from coco and eve and I am so happy my hair looks super soft and shiny
I am waiting till next month to order the mask smoothner

One of the first “sulfate free” (although it does use a sulfate derivative) shampoos that doesn’t leave my hair dirty, oily and in need of a wash in 1 day. Finally I can wash my hair with something less harsh, that actually works. The Like A Virgin mask smells amazing and is like therapy for your hair. Only complaint is the price and the fact that I have to have it delivered, I wish this was sold in stores.

So I bought the mini sets as they come up on sale again. My very first order was amazing, however this was NOT! the reason I ordered was to get the minis again only to receive an email conveniently saying they were out of stock but deliver the other items which I didn't really need ( ordered these yo get FREE delivery) really disappointed, how could they be out of stock when this was all over the social media platforms promoting them. Sad to say ill no longer purchase again. I never write reviews so I really am disappointed with not receiving the bali babes and hair minis .
