Do not use the tanning mousse , it is streaky , it comes off in patches , the mousse becomes runny really quick and leaks out of the nozzle .

I have emailed 3 times as the tanning mousse is coming out the pump Green !!! which means its old and gone off. no reply and it was £83 for the set, totally appalled at the customer service.

Absolutely appalled in the customer service I’ve received. I bought the coco and eve tan like I do always from amazon! Never an issue the pump didn’t work and the tan went all over my carpet. I proceeded to try an old bottle and transfer the tan same thing pump wouldn’t work. I used the tan by just pouring bits on to a tan mitt and I literally has burns on my skin. I contacted yourselves and you were really helpful at first but now have ignored 5 emails after requesting I send batch code and pics etc. I will be taking this further and I won’t be using your products again! Shocking service

Despite the reply saying you can send items back at your own cost ($19) they just ghosted me after. So i am out of pocket from the products i barely even use as it caused damage to my hair on the 1st try, and the sending back fee, and no response whatsoever from their customer support. Do yourself a favor and dont buy from this place. I wish I checked the reviews before buying their products over their insta ada.

The shampoo and conditioner gave me dandruff and i am back to using the Head and Shoulders duo I use. The hair mask and serum are so far okay, but i will not be continuing with the shampoo and conditioner again. Thankfully used it only two weeks and my head started itching and having dandruff.

I don’t normally leave reviews too lazy but I can honestly say I couldn’t not write one for this product I am perimenopausal and noticed I was really thinning the sides of my head I started using this product mid December and today 3rd feb my hairs have grown back to the point where there is no balding anymore I am actually shocked how well this product has worked if you’re in any doubt don’t be try it it actually really does work!

WASTE OF $$$$....Coco and eve website says triptide hair serum is meant to work in 10 days. ...No hair growth after 60 days..SCAM SCAM SCAM...also their website will NOT post any NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!!

Spent a lot of money recently ordering products and in my latest order an item was missing. Constantly having to chase this up and not getting responses or getting one response then being ignored. I just want the item that I paid for. Wont be spending anymore money in future, which is a shame as I like the products I have received, unless they hurry up and respond to me and send me the item I paid for and they didn't put in my order.

I hate the shampoo. My hair falls out more than ever, I get weird scabs on my scalp and it makes my hair all dry and fizzy. Now I’ve switched to another brand my hair is fine again and it stopped falling out. Whatever is in there, my body does not agree with it.

Order saying delivered...not recieved. Can't get hold of anyone from Coco and Eve.
They use Evri.....why? No end of I ssies with this courier. No no tan for before Chrsitmas!!!!

My order was lost by the courier. Coco and Eve were very prompt and helpful at sorting this problem out and resent order with extra products in it for the inconvenience.

I ordered the mystery box for Black Friday and did not receive what was promised. The description of the mystery box said I would receive 6 full size products. When I received my box, It contained 6 products but the two hair elixirs were travel size. I reached out to customer service and they told me I received two small ones because they ran out of large bottles of the elixir and that the two counted as a full size bottle. If that is the case, I should have received a 6th item. Customer service responded that I still got a good deal regardless of my disappointment. I was in utter disbelief. This is not the first time I have ordered from the company. This past year I’ve ordered almost their entire hair care line. You think they would try harder to keep loyal customers but apparently not. I feel like I got scammed.

worst customer service i’ve ever received, made a $150 order with them on the 1st of December and they still haven’t even shipped my items, took them 4 days just to email saying they were out of stock of one of the shades that i’d ordered, it then took until yesterday for them to respond, not even answering any of my requests just an email saying they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours? absolutely ridiculous!
still waiting for them to send my items. about to request a refund and never supporting this business again! super unhappy!

to top it off it took 7 days for them to get back to me by email after saying one of the items were out of stock, yet under an hour to respond to my facebook message thinking i was a new customer, now have ignored me once again.

Purchased the pre shampoo treatment and hair mask and both great. Quick delivery, easy ordering. Prices a bit high but I do love the products.

Shampoo made my hair so greasy & didn’t clean. Wished I’d looked at trip advisor review before purchasing via an Instagram post.

Purchased the shampoo and conditioner few weeks ago and had used it a few times until I changed to another product and I can finally say the coco and eve shampoo and co is the problem. It caused my hair to weaken and fall out like crazy. Each time I brush, chunks would come out. Once I changed to another shampoo, hair fall had decreased. Such an awful product. I had to write a review to ensure no one else falls into buying this stupid product and I never even write reviews.. soo imagine

I have used the repair & the moisturising shampoo alternately once per week now for 6 months. My fine curly hair is now thinner & more laden with product than it’s been for many years (after using organic & planet friendly products for years). Will change back to better products now. My hair can’t take this any longer.

I have the sweet repair shampoo and conditioner, the like a virgin mask and the tanning mousse. Every single product has been so good, the tanning mousse is the only tanning mousse I've ever not had a skin reaction to as I have a bad reaction with other tanning products from.almost every brand available so I was over the moon happy when this did not cause any skin issues. The like a virgin mask leaves my hair shiny and soft, and the sweet repair shampoo and conditioner smells amazing and my hair is shiny, soft and my waves are more defined and noticeably less frizz I have been using their products for about 9 months and will continue 😊 cannot fault the products I have listed!

I have long ( down to my waist when curly, lower when wet) and quite curly hair. I tried the like a virgin mask multiple times. My hair sometimes get dry on the ends during winter, but rarely damaged as I never use hot tool and trim regularly.
The mask smells good and is easy to apply and rinse off, the immediate result, like within 24-32hours, are amazing. My hair is soft, shiny and SEEMS hydrated.

After the 32hours passed, my hair is dryer than before using the mask, feels brittled and my curls are replace by dry straw. Oiling with my regular oils doesn't cut it.

To compare Briogeo, l'anza and macademia give lasting results instead of an amazing first 24h leading to dryer hair after.

I tried it multiple times, and will not finish my pot.

Tan boosting SPF 30 oil
If I could I would give this zero stars.
Avoid this product at all costs.
It is frankly dangerous.
I am fair skinned and so am careful in the sun and always use a high factor SPF.
But being fair skinned the claim to boost or enhance any tan I can get is tempting.
However after using SPF 50 for over a week I tried this product. But after just a few hours in the sun I was left with the worst sun burn I have ever had in my whole 53 years.
Red to the point of almost being purple, blisters, pain preventing me from having anything in contact with my skin for several days. Copious amounts of after sun, ice cold towels from the fridge to try and cool and ease the pain, pain killers and the need to stay out of the sun completely.
