Looking for sulphate free shampoo, I purchased Coco and Eve "Like a Virgin Super Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner" Big mistake!

After only five uses (I wash my hair once a week) - My hair is a now a hot mess! (I have naturally curly, dry hair and hoped these products would moisturise it).
Not so! Not only is my hair much drier - my curls have turned to straight, dry, flyaway frizz - I have also now suffered horrible itchy, red scalp and have raised sore patches.

My hair has noticeably thinned too.
Awful ordeal!

After looking more closely at the ingredients (with a magnifying glass as they are printed so tiny on the bottles). I will NEVER buy these products again!

Wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot -and researched the ingredients before buying - looks like other people suffered the same results.

Definitely not for me!

The shampoo only is ok but when use it with conditioner I loose a lot of hair while combing my hair.Really strange because conditioner normally should make combing easier

I purchased 2 hair masks, like a virgin hair mask & pro youth hair and scalp mask. The virgin one was better than the pro youth one, but both are not as good as my usual store bought hair mask which is a quarter of the price. I can only remember the youth pro mask, as it was the last one I used, my hair was still so dry at the ends which in turn made it harder to brush and my hair got so knotted easily. I have quite long hair as well. I did also purchase pre-shampoo treatment and miracle hair elixir, which I haven't tried. Overall, not worth the price in my opinion when I can purchase a store bought one for a quarter of the price and works a lot better for my hair.

Used the self tanning mousse in the past which is great so without googling the company on the website I went ahead and purchased the SPF30 anti aging body oil - what a mistake, never burn so badly in my life!! All my stomach is bright red and seems to be getting worse. I have emailed the company and am waiting a response. At the moment, not even aloe Vera gel is helping me which is so unusual

I was reading the reviews and I was nearly put off buying from this company.
I ordered the ultra dark Bali self tan foam last week and I am very impressed by the quality and the results. The tan looked dark and very easy to apply not streaks or stickiness. It fades gradually and last for almost to 5 days up to a week. I work out twice a day and shower twice a day and the tan is still on my skin.
I would recommend it!

Did.nt get as far as using any products as ordered them at reduced price from £26 to £20, then at checkout applied another 10% discount offered to new customers but when I came to pay they only took the 10% new customer discount off the full price of £26. Needless to say I didn't place order and after reading these online reviews I'm relieved and have saved almost £60. Never again. ..

Sun kissed gradual tanning: I’ll start with the positive, the colour is absolutely gorgeous … however, the streaking is really bad. Instagram advertising will have you believing that your tan will be flawless- that’s not correct. When it starts to fade it goes so patchy too! IMO there is better quality and cheaper products out there.

Being someone who takes an ok tan with an SPF 30 product, and having used the Coco & Eve Tan Boosting Body Oil SPF 30 a few years before and being happy with the results I ordered the same product this time from Boots the Chemist. I used this product on day 1 of my holiday, applying every 20 - 30 minutes and reapplying after each dip in the pool. The result was the worst sunburn I have had in my life. Tops of my thighs, stomach area, above and below my bikini top were so red, almost to the point of blistering. Skin so painful to touch or have any clothing in close contact. I used almost half a bottle of the product on my first day of holiday but had to swap that out to my partners alternative product which offered more protection. I now have 2 full bottles of product i am very reluctant to ever use again. Applying after sun balm and moisturiser did very little to soothe the discomfort. I have been left with very red raw patches of skin in those areas. So dissapointed with this, a very dangerous misleading product. The company should consider withdrawing this and rethinking their approach to skin care, particularly for protection against the sun, which clearly their product offers none.

I thought their customer service was phenomenal, bar none. They were so prompt, friendly and efficient and were really understanding that my products got delivered to the wrong address and helped me to get replacements.
Thanks so much to an excellent customer service team and highly recommend the products. I got compliments re the smell of my hair and this was the first time that's happened!!

I absolutely love this brand!! My hair has honestly never felt so soft and hydrated.

I did receive an order the last month or so and sadly my shampoo brush just fell apart.

Although the brush fell apart the customer service team could not have done anymore to help me and sent me out a replacement and I received within days of me contacting the customer service team!

Amazingly polite, prompt and professional! 10/10 would recommend

Paid and ordered products 9 days ago.
EVRI apparently have the parcel which should have been delivered on the 4th July.

No sign of the parcel and Coco & Eve and EVRI absolutely no help whatsoever.

Coco & Eve you use EVRI and appalling courier you have at the moment stolen my money as you have failed to provide the items I have paid for

You are on par with EVRI as being s**t show of a company.

I am giving you the opportunity to send me replacement goods on next day delivery at your expense with another courier.
If no items are received tomorrow I will contact my bank to claw back my stolen money!!!!
Along with the money for items I have already received, it's upto you to collect those items back from me.
I will be charging you interest for everyday you have had my money

The worst product I have ever used, sun tan lotion. Forty years of sun worshipping, I have never been so badly burnt, do not buy it

For the past few years, I have been a loyal customer of Coco&Eve, consistently delighted with their products and services. Even when a delivery issue arose with Evri, Coco&Eve took full responsibility, promptly sending a replacement. Their customer service, particularly Danielle and Jerelyn, was exemplary; polite, professional, and reassuring. Their handling of the situation far exceeded my expectations, with timely and customer-focused responses. While I plan to share my positive experience via social media product reviews, I must say that my experience with Coco&Eve has been excellent, despite the negative reviews I've seen on Trustpilot.

I ordered the island Bronze Set which consisted of the firming & tan prolonging peptide body oil & tan boosting anti aging boils oil spf 50. I then read afterwards that you shouldn’t use the prolonging peptide body oil if you use self tanning products which I do. The help I received from their customer services went above and beyond. I would recommend this company for not just the products which are excellent but for their great customer services

Ordered their tan mouse and face serum bundle. It arrived a few days later but the mousse had leaked everywhere. It wasn’t securely packed at all. I emailed them and was asked to send a photo of the bottle and the batch code, which I did and they advised they would send a replacement. The replacement was received another few days after and, again, exactly the same thing had happened. I got tan all over my fingers just by pulling it out of the box. They wrapped it in a tiny piece of pink tissue paper into a box far too large for the product and wonder why it leaks when it enters the postal system! This time they are not responding to my emails at all / completely ghosting me. Unfortunately for them I’m not going to let it go and if I have to do a charge back then I will because the tan is unusable!

The products are lovely and easy to use. I'm not a regular user of self tan but have tried a few. This is by far the best and easiest I have used. The colour of the mousse (Medium) made it easy for me to see where it was going on. The mitt is great and the back applicator worked a treat. I left the colour to develop overnight - there was a little transference onto bedding but not anything too much and it did wash out very easily. The colour is lovely, it easily lasted 7 days - I do use a body oil every day as I have dry skin. There is a slight "self-tan' smell but not as strong as others I have tried. I have also just received my order for the Tan Boosting Anti-Aging Body OIl SPF 30 which I will be trying on my upcoming holiday - that smells gorgeous!!

Bought the Bali honey tan in medium. Won’t be repurchasing.

Tanned almost weekly for the last 3 summers, so I’m not exactly a novice. I thought I’d move away from my usual tan and try something new. Big mistake. I am very pale (so pale I don’t get much choice in foundation brands), and usually use a cool toned tanning mousse with a grey/green undertone (but I can’t leave the house or see another soul once it’s on and developing for fear of frightening them off - one of the reasons I wanted to try something new). It went on fine, couldn’t see any issues. It had the typical fake tan smell. Stuck pjs on and went to bed (my usual summer tanning routine). On waking, the tan was a lot darker (I bought the lightest shade - medium). Didn’t panic though because it always comes off in the shower and it would tone done right… WRONG! Yes, the water was a bit orangey brown, but my skin stayed the same colour! And it was a very very warm tan colour, verging on orange. I regretted my Thursday evening decision heavily - people at work pointed the tan out and I had to keep saying it was new and didn’t like it (just to make them aware I was freely choosing to be this shade of orange). I must say though it did go on streak free, but I always buffer out with a brush after using a mitt. The Friday evening when I saw my boyfriend he also wasn’t impressed with the tan. It was orangey, and far too dark. It also still stank of fake tan, and was coming off during Friday onto underwear. A few days later, my boyfriend alerted me to that fact it had rubbed off my bum cheeks where I was sitting down. The rest of it also came off super patchy. I am reluctant to try it again, but I don’t want to waste the product. I might try it once more but leave it on for a couple of hours and see if it leaves a more gentle tan which I would hope would be less orange. But im not hopeful.

Bought the gradual tanning lotion and its orange asf... I have a very pale skin with pink undertone. Throwing this €25 bottleneck straight in the trashhhh🥲🥲🥲

Sun spf oil does not travel well, bottles leak and one of them actually the plastic pump split during a flight. This has happened a few times now, disappointing.

Ordered the hyped up gradual tan which had rave reviews. I wonder who wrote them. This stuff leaves staining all over bedding. Never had this before with a gradual tan and will not use. A waste of money. Not impressed
