I ordered the lash primer ‘FFL’. Absolutely fantastic product. I don’t think I could go without it now. It makes such a difference to the length of my eyelashes when I apply it before my mascara. I found the delivery quick as well and I love knowing they are a cruelty free brand. Looking forward to trying more of their products!

Unfortunately I had the same issues as Jill Weymouth using the same ‘FFL’ product, surprisingly I also received exactly the same response from Code Beautiful customer service, which makes you think it’s scripted! The products are not cheap and clearly don’t work for everyone but this doesn’t seem to interest Code Beautiful, all they do is say ‘I’m sorry but this isn’t normally the feedback we receive’. Well you have so the company should act and resolve not ignore and send more instructions that have clearly already been tried! In a nutshell the products aren’t value for money! Won’t be buying again.

This company has a wonderful customer service second to none. Their concealer is amazing. Can’t wait to try their other products.

Fantastic products and even better customer service. I have been a fan of top brands until now but these products are better and at much lower prices.
I forgot to add a discount code, emailed and the difference was refunded instantly.
You who are giving poor reviews due to small price increases, please, look around you. Costs have spiralled and businesses have to reflect that in their prices. Excellent value for money in my opinion, now a firm fan and spreading the word!

This is a review from Helen Thorne and not William Thorne. I would very hard pushed to find other brands to beat these beautiful products. After having a reaction to false eyelashes I tried the Forget Fake Lashes and the Volumising Lengthening Mascara. What a fantastic product. I then bought the eyebrow gel, followed by the highlighter light and dark shade. Then to complete my make over and the piece de resistance I purchased the lip liner and the beautifully minty lip plumper. Thank you girls for these amazing products. I am nearly 66 and love your products for not only how they make me look but how they make me feel.

Got my Lip Intense Plumper last week. Been using it everyday since. It's lovely. I'm sure my bottom lips seem plumper. The colour is beautiful as well. Would definitely recommend this.

I am now on my third mascara and all 3 have suffered lid splits. I have and have had no issues with any other brand of mascara only Code Beautiful so it must be down to the quality of their packaging. It really is quite frustrating. I have already spoken to them about it previously and they just said they have no issues with their lids. I struggle to understand why it should only happen with their product.

having used the forget fake lashes mascara primer for many years, the last tube i ordered is absolutely useless, its consistency is runny and has very few fibres, i have asked if a replacement can be sent, to see if it is just this tube.

Loving the condition of my lashes since I've been using Pre mascara conditioner. My lashes are longer than ever. Lovely presentation with packaging, great for presents and spreading the love. Gilly.,

5/5…I’d mark higher if I could…the immediate response & contact from these 2 sisters is amazing. From their interaction on social media (FB for me) is spot on!! The quality of the products, delivery time & packaging are great…..love the feel of them on my skin & totally recommend!

I ordered several items and the one I'm most excited about is the mascara. I had nearly given up trying to find a mascara that did not make my eyes burn, itch or water. Finally, a mascara that I can wear all day with no problems at all. No flaking or smudging either. Add to that the fact that it looks lovely and really brightens up my eyes, and it is an overall win/win situation. thank you.

This is the first time I tried Code Beautiful and I am disappointed with the products. The VLM mascara just goes on in clumps and then flakes off. I watched the application video several times but all I seem to do when I try their tips is end up with it on my eyelids. Putting on mascara shouldn’t be that complicated!
The LLE is ok but makes my lids feel a bit stiff. I haven’t used the brow product yet as using up my previous one.
The products aren’t cheap so should be much better.
Sadly I wouldn’t recommend these products and won’t be buying them again

I ordered a few things from this company, including the forget, fake lashes primer. I was happy with everything particularly this. It’s great and customer service was brilliant.

After buying your products for a long time, I just reordered the Lid lift enhance and it has shrunk massively so at 24 pounds a pop I Shall not be ordering any of your products again!
Disgusted!

what fantastic service, very fast delivery, and i'm so impressed with the products, just had to try them as soon as they arrived. love to use small independent businesses, i will certainly be making more purchases in the future.

A really good product - does exactly what it says. I’m on my 2nd bottle - HOWEVER - the second bottle is much smaller - first purchase was 6.5ml and the second is only 4.5mls. Unfortunately Customer Supports response was “well it’s only a couple of mls and the larger size was lasting too long”. One way to get customers to order more frequently I suppose. Hence only 3 stars.

Just received my lid lift enhance product. Was a little dubious at first and was sceptical whether it was just another one of those products that offer the world..but really does deliver. Really pleased. Will look to order the mascara next time. The service was great too.

Purchased all 3 shades of the Lid Lift Enhance and it is indeed a fab product. However, my original bottles were 6.5 ml, and having just received my new bottles, they appear to have shrunk to 4ml... !!! Shocked and disappointed tbh as I dont recall the price having shrunk, and I dont recall this fact being advertised ? Bad form Code Beautiful, bad form!

Just got my eyebrow definer in brown. It actually coloured my eyebrow hairs and they look much better now!! I bought it because it's going to help tint them as well so now I can see I have brows!!

Bought ffl and vlm brilliant product and fantastic customer service. I will be buying again.
