Scam , you will need to change your bank details immediately

Scam - just tried to access my account and remove money through an initial ‘purchase’
for £9.97….. which never arrived.
Five days later they attempted a withdrawal from my account of £37.00. Bank identified it as spurious so blocked transaction.
They have also recovered my initial payment, blocked this company and changed my card details.
Seems quite a standard MO looking at the reviews left.
Why are these sites allowed to be set up…….

Taking money without my consent! I have not bought anything and do not want anything to do with this company

Total scam with an initial purchase from a post on Facebook which never arrives. That is for £9.94.

Then a couple of days later they start taking money from your account due to them setting that payment up as a subscription for £37. Luckily I used my backup Monzo account for the initial ‘purchase’ as I had concerns about the legitimacy of the offer. Come the second charge the account was empty so they couldn’t take anything. Now cancelled the card and am trying to get back the initial money which is unlikely as I did make that ‘purchase’.

Absolute scam. I noticed it, when I came back from holiday, and opened a credit card bill from a card I only use in emergency (last used over 12 months ago). 3 values, an initial one of £9.94 then 2 of £37.00 14 days apart on the July invoice. Reported it to credit card people immediately I opened the invoice and was told that there had already been 2 further withdrawals in August. Hopefully they have now been blocked but I have cancelled my DD so I have not lost anything so far. Wait to see whether the Credit Card company try to get me to pay these charges.

Good luck getting a refund you can’t get hold of anyone

Total scam think you are buying something then days later try to take more money out of account luckily for me my bank recognised it as suspicious and blocked it stay clear of this company

SCAM Bought product on-line, never arrived. 2 further payments taken from account in 2/52. Never noticed until today in 'payments pending'. Now Chasing to get refund. Will now check my account regularly.

This is a scam. Tried taking £37 from my credit card, luckily it got declined. No products received.

Scam website on Facebook placed order they have then attempted to take more money from my bank account do not trust

Even 1 star is too many. This is a scam. Money taken from my account without authorisation. Bank have been brilliant and recognised it as suspicious and blocked it.

Complete scam!
They set up a direct debit and start taking money from your account!
Don’t believe it

I see that there is a debit order on my husband's Capitec account about every 2 to 3 weeks for over R800.... it is outrageous. I need help to stop it please

This is an absolute scam. They take regular payments from your card/account with no authorisation and no hint of goods received. Please do not use or you will face a battle with your payment company for refunds.

The company sell goods online. Goods do not arrive. Money is then taken at will from your bank account for some computer support thing. I have not received anything from them in goods or computer support nothing. No emails or correspondence from the company. Contacting the company is impossible unless you persist. You may get an automated response if you get through to Benjamin on the online chat (computer generated). My advice is to persist with trying to contact them but doubt they will process a refund.
