Do not honor website pricing
I called them yesterday (April 23,2026) and them put a Breville Express aside for me to pick up the next day. They fit not ask me pay for it. It was priced at $749. I could have ordered it from Amazon for the same price but decided to support local. When I went to pick it up today they would not honor the $749 price even though a Google search was showing the price as $749. I have since ordered it from Amazon. Thanks for nothing. And the floor people were clueless about the price, where it was etc. An all over waste of time. This is why Amazon gets business over local establishments

I definitely see why it would be confusing, Google was still showing the Breville sale price, even though our published price had been reverted back to full price. The Breville sales prices are controlled by Breville directly and we have to follow their sale windows to a tee (we get in trouble when they are on sale too long actually!!) that being said, we normally would adjust the price in store in a situation like this, I’m surprised the team didn’t honour the price 🤔🤔 I will have to chat with them about this.
Really glad you were able to snag a machine online with that sale price though! That’s what matters in the end🙌 hope you enjoy it
