Products are fine, return policy is dramatic. first I get an e-mail where I should tell the reason of my return, then I get a form which I need to print, fill in (again) and sign, return it with some foto's. That's the status now, already a week busy with it

They ignore your legal right to return a product
The coffee machine isn't working properly, but they won't take it back and they won't give me back my money. They say: because I used it to make two cups of coffee. But that's how I found out that the machine didn't do what it was supposed to do! I was within 14 days after i got it, it is my legal right, but no, nothing :(

With the other reviews, I was a bit skeptical. However, I can say that I am beyond pleased with my purchase. Items were shipped quickly and the quality of the items is excellent. The prices were cheaper than elsewhere. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend to others.

DHL sucks
Bought a water heater (€159) 20th decembre, transport with DHL. DHL announced to deliver january 2nd (almost 2 weeks later without any notice). We were home all day and evening, but no DHL. They took the parcel to a delivery point the next day, but to late to pick it up, the delivery point was closed. So Coffee Friend, cancel your cooperation with DHL!
