Well protected and professional delivery

Great product, good price, very speedy delivery

Delivery can take some time, but I was kept informed about the entire process via email. I waited about a week, and it was worth the wait. My grinder arrived on the specified date without any problems.

Order took too long to arrive. I had to wait for 12 days. Eventually, I ordered the same order from somewhere else where it got delivered the day after.

very fast good price good products( 1 i have to check is a xmas present) but i think it allright

Delivery was fast, but customer service incredibly lacking. Still awaiting a credit invoice (VAT reverse charge and promised price match from their .de website) after 3 weeks and counting. E-mails are not being answered, live chat lacks (translated and sometimes not responding at all).

refund and communication finally received, therefore rating adjusted.

Order was fine, delivery soon, received as expected, price good. We hoped to find even more tea's from the Whittard Chelsea collection.

Very late delivery. 1-4 days became 14 days for a coffee grinder.

Expresso machine broke down within days after delivery.
Refund offered, I suggested a exchange with other machine, by the time I got a response the machine I suggested was sold.
responsetime are long days.
still don't know how this will be solved. e.g. delivery cost are 40 euro plus. is this compensated or do I have to pay again for a swap? I was offered a swap and now the machine was reserved, it is good deal for another refurbished machine, no additional sending cost, only waiting time.

Good prices and very friendly and reactive customer service team. Bought a Bezzera espresso machine and coffee grinder and later some cleaning products and knock box. Shipment could go a bit more smooth, but in the end I received all products in a couple of days. Some minor damage to packaging of the cleaning products and tiny scratch on the coffee machine. But otherwise all working well and well received at better prices then other webshops that I checked. Would recommend.
