We purchased a Fellow electric tea pot. It broke and we have tried to contact Coffee Friend multiple times, as we purchased it a few months ago. We are really not pleased with this situation and therefore the review. Bad customer service, do not buy here!!!!

The customer care was responsive but I barely got any updates. Especially on delivery the link on the website did not work, the track&trace on the delivery company did not work. At one point I got a delivery date (Monday) but that got delayed. Then Wednesday morning art 08:15 I got a message that it will be delivered, so today, but no time slot or any indication of time.
Then the delivery company called me that they would be at my house in 5 minutes. We rushed there and said we needed a few more minutes. They did not wait but put the package in the side alley in the pouring rain.
I have ordered a espressomachine, grinder and extra milk foamer not a pair of socks!!!!

“Return Policy Breaches EU Consumer Rights – PayPal Ruled in My Favour
I tried to exercise my legal right of withdrawal under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU) within the correct time frame, but the company kept treating it as a defect claim. Their return policy clearly contravenes this Directive. They also imposed a 30% deduction without explaining how this was calculated or showing that my handling went beyond what’s permitted. Their responses didn’t address the key issues, and the process was frustrating and unnecessarily drawn out.
I escalated the matter to PayPal, who ruled in my favour, and I will be reimbursed in full. I’m sharing my experience here to highlight these issues and to warn others about the difficulties I faced.
