Lelit Mara X
This is not the first major item we bought from Coffee Friends and it won't be the last.
Of course they offer fantastic prices, but that is not what sold us. It was their team, their human approach to communications, quickly building trust.
The Lelit Mara X came exactly as mentioned, quickly, packed better than the Mona Lisa.
Everything went super smooth and I can urge anyone to trust them and their knowledge.

Great customer service
My OutIn machine didn't work properly just 2 months after I had bought it at "Coffee Friend". "Coffee Friend" requested some photos and videos of the malfunction.
After they had talked to the manufacturer, they sent me a new coffee machine which worked great! In the mean time they kept me updated on the process, via e-mail. It all took around 1.5 week.

Very nice products
Everything was just as shown on the webshop. Delivery was fast and uncomplicated, and all products were received nicely and safely wrapped.
They do not have the ordered in stock :(
