Great price and assortment
Great price and assortment - purchased an Eureka grinder which had a decent price and - initially- estimated delivery time, which turned out to be much slower than communicated. After sending an email I got prompt responses, so positive experience with support.
After receiving the package unnoticed it was packed really well and carefully.
Coffee friend is an Estonian (?) company selling to all across Europe, hence it can take a bit longer.

Fast delivery en great service
Fast delivery en great service. One cup was broken at arrival, took one mail en they send one extra. It was a different one so another mail and then the correct one. In the end I have one cup extra en they have a very sattified customer that has ordered again.
