A return took a total of 6 weeks.. they even made me give them a reason for the return. I will never order here ever again. Terrible service. I had to reach out 10 times asking for an update. Awful company.

I ordered a coffee machine as a company…
I ordered a coffee machine as a company on the Dutch site of coffee and friend. I paid the invoice with 21% vat. But I received an invoice with vat 0 % but for the amount with vat because the invoice was send from Lithuania so I overpaid the 21% vat. I should have received a Dutch invoice with vat or a lower invoice with 0% vat and the option to pay the item without the vat. On the website there is no info about the fact the invoices is coming from Lithuania and this will not work for B2B transactions.
