Coffee Hit were excellent, great price, great follow up welcome and restrained marketing (so far). Package delivered promptly and on time with courier keeping me up to date.
Compare Amazon which was 40-50 pounds dearer and a delivery of several weeks. No brainer.

-Customer service/sales are not very helpful. Requested help to correct the address on my order, their response was not helpful and nothing was done about it. The package was shipped regardless of the highlighted issue. Contacted the courier company myself to resolve the logistical issue, which resulted in a delay in receiving the package.

Great deal for all
Wow. Took my old Virtuoso and replaced it with a Virtuoco +, even though my old machine was broken. The whole process worked nearly seamlessly (slight time hiccup related to warehouse move for Coffee Hit), but overall this was a really good deal.

There were bad delays in having the item shipped and despite this, no attempt was made to speed the process up (ie. using a more expedited shipping method). Also, at the time when I placed the order the issues were already known, but this wasn’t communicated Until several days later (already after the item should have been delivered)
