the best customer service I have ever had. I was looking to get my first grinder for my Aeropress and had an email with the new Rhnoware Small grinder. after a few emails back and forth I am now the owner of said gender One thing I was shocked by was the Next Day Delvery.

Recently placed an order for a Fellow Shimmy coffee sifter which was stolen from my doorstep (can’t imagine the thief was happy when they found out what was inside). Customer service from Leigh was incredible, super helpful and got a replacement shipped out whilst they liaised with the courier (Yodel). Great company, will always choose them for coffee supplies!

I purchased a Commandate C40 from Coffee Hit after my 1zpresso grinder failed irreparably. I forgot to take advantage of their Red Clix add on deal, so I contacted Customer Services and John sorted things out for me very quickly; the Red Clix arrived less than 24 hours later!
The Commandate is a fantastic grinder. Much smoother than my previous grinder and very easy to maintain. Also I can't believe how much of an improvement it's made to the quality of my brews!

Great technical knowledge and after sales care
After 2 years of daily usage, my Baratza grinder micro adjustment ring became loose. I called Coffee Hit and spoke to John?, who diagnose issue over phone. I was sent a replacement part, that was easily fitted (instructions and video online) and solved the issue immediately.

Coffee Hit's service to repair a coffee grinder a few months ago was so flawless, efficient and reasonably priced, I hunted down their founder's email address and sent a note to commend their service (and got a quick thank you back). Ordered a grinder from another company and they didn't send the product and took 3 weeks to get a response, had to get Paypal involved to get my money back. Ordered from Coffee Hit and it was shipped the next day on the Bank Holiday Monday and it came in 3 days later.
