Outstanding customer service.
Ordered a brewista kettle which was delivered but had a few scratches on it , so emailed them late evening and recieved a reply the following morning informing me that a replacement would be dispatched and the original one picked up the following day. Then recieved an email saying the kettle i had ordered was out of stock so was offered a better model at twice the price !!! Which arrived a day or so later. Now that is what i call customer service and am absolutely delighted with the new kettle. Will definitely order from the company again. OUTSTANDING customer service from a company that clearly cares about its customers and not just about taking your money.
