No issues other than the mammoth size of box that arrive and it was massive for the product. Must have been 10 or 20 times the size of the products box.

Products always arrive but courier misinformation.
I made my order for V60 01 filter papers and they arrived 4 days later.
The courier information even just after the delivery still told me they were at the depot waiting for despatch that day and would update me when they were?
After trying 4 different kinds of papers the white ones in the crinkly bag are one of the best for being neutral during a pour over.
