The images on the website for a product were different from what was delivered. I have returned the item. The images and description of the product should be updated on the website for accurate representation. The email exchange with the customer service was smooth, return process seems straight forward however it takes a while to get it all sorted.

I will however have our team look into rephrasing this to make it clearer for future purchases.

I purchased the Baratza Sette 270Wi using the exchange option for my existing Vario. This is a great way to reduce the cost to get a top of the line grinder.
