I am VERY disappointed in the lack of service I am receiving from sale@coffeehots.net. I have called twice and no one is returning my call. I have emailed them and it has been a week since and still no return email!!! My order #28332 is for two Christmas gifts!! Today is the 18th!!! I made my order on 11.29.2012. Still don't know what is up with my order. I still want the items I ordered but I WILL NOT BE REFERRING ANYONE TO ORDER FROM THEM!!! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, REALLY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

I would expect them to overnight it to me. I also tried to use their "free shipping" code and ended up charged for two shippings!! Then their response to that phone call was to give me "credit" on the shipping. Terrible business!!!

I attempted to contact coffeehots on multiple occasions to get an update for my order, but never received a response. After about a week, my order arrived, well packed and gift-wrapped! Waiting a week for the product is certainly reasonable and I'm very pleased with the item, but the only thing that keeps me from leaving a 5-star rating was the lack of communication.
With a simple email response, this vendor would easily rate excellent feedback.

I have to admit, I very rarely order items on the computer. Makes me very nervous, but I couldn't resist the deal on this Keurig coffeemaker. After I placed my order I was sure I would never see my purchase when I started to read reviews from previous customers. There were a couple okay reviews but more negative ones so I was scared I'd lost my money for sure. I'm here to tell you that my fears were put to rest! I received the confirmation almost immediately and less than a week later got the e-mail that my order was being shipped. Had it on my doorstep 4 days later and it was in good shape! I can't speak for the other customer service departments, but for what I ordered, everything was handled just as I expected it should be! Thank you Coffehots!

I would rate you a big fat zero. I oredered a elite keurig. Paid for and on the fed ex truck when you called driver and had it sent back I guess you really do not want new customers.

I tried to call several times and left messages with no return call. I did try the instant chat and that did allow me to leave a message and i did get a response to one of my questions but the one about the free shipping was not answered. I could not get the website to accept the free shipping code when checking out. Very poor communication but still a good bargain for the purchase.

I purchased the Keurig Vue V700 coffee machine at half the price of any other retailer! They shipped it very quickly and I received it within a week or less of ordering. I still can't believe I was able to get the coffee maker at the price I did with no gimmicks or problems.
