Thought the price was too good to be true so I tried to contact their customer service when I couldn't find the Paypal button to make the purchase. No response via email like they said they would. I had a difficult time navigating their website to order my Keurig B40 from their website. So wasn't sure if the order went in or not. Paid with Paypal just in case I had problems. Shipping was amazingly fast. Packed well. Would have given it a 5 stars if I didn't have the initial problems.

your home page offered a promo for free shipping, but everywhere I tried to enter the code, it was not accepted. Therefore I'm paying for the shipping. the code supplied was SHFREE It would be nice if you could take that charge off my bill.

I ordered a Keurig machine on 9/12 it arrived on 9/18. It was 1/2 the price i found anywhere else. My order was immediately acknowledged after placing online. Their website could be revised to be more user friendly.....but my overall experience was great. I would recommend them to my friends. They also gave me a coupon for $20 off my next order. I was please with my experience.

The processing and shipment of my original order was delayed due to a problem with my PayPal account. The customer service department helped me place another order and made sure it arrived in time for my son's birthday! I would definitely place another order with them.

This is my revised review. I was looking to buy lego for my kids and coffeehots.net had the best price ever! However it is hard to check my order and it took a long time for the customer support to returned my email that made me very nervous at the beginning. I ordered 3 lego sets from the coffeehots.net. I received an email the following day showing that one of the lego had been shipped and the other two was delayed. The email also provided me with a tracking number however without any information about the delivery company. I tried to check my order from their website but it didn't show my order at all. When I tried to put my tracking number to FedEx it showed that my order was delivered a few days ago. Since I haven't received anything and I never use this company before I was became nervous and tried to email the company. It took a long time before the customer support emailed me back. They told me that my other 2 order was temporarily out of stock and asked if I rather canceled those two. They refund my money back promptly and provide me with a coupon for the next order. I received my lego set in a week with a best price ever. If they improve the customer service and answer the phone I would definitely give 5 STARS! Having dealing with this company I know that despite a few of other reviewers complaint that they never received the order, I think they did but never revised their review. I would use this company again in the future.

I came across this site searching for a new Dyson DC41. They have the best price on the net, no one is close. I read reviews that made me hesitate but I finally figured I'd give them a try, I didn't need a new vacuum next day so I'd role the dice. I ordered on Sunday and Thursday morning I had an email with the tracking number showing they shipped Wednesday night and delivery would be Monday. Monday came and my new vacuum was delivered, 6 business days. They charged $10 for shipping so I think that is very good turn around on my order. My Dyson arrived in excellent shape, just as if I picked it out at the store. I didn't try to contact them so can't comment on customer service response, I didn't need to. Well worth the huge savings on a new Dyson. I'd buy from them again with no hesitation. If you need a vacuum ASAP, pay the higher price, if you can wait 6 business days, you can't find a better value.

Price beat anything else I saw on the web. Item was shipped quickly via FedEx overnight. This was not a refurb as I received the latest upgrade. My only (small) issue was the high shipping ($10). I would have traded a lower cost for a longer delivery time.
