I placed an order on 7/28/2012 for a brand new Keurig B79 Platinum Coffee Brewing System.
I received on 08-02-12 a Keurig B60 Special Edition Coffee Brewing System.
This is NOT the item I ordered. The B60 is a less expensive, older, and less desirable model of Brewing System.
When I tried to call CoffeeHots to notify them of their error, I was informed that they can not receive phone calls at this time. I was informed to leave a voice message with my email address or contact CoffeeHots via email. CoffeeHots will only communicate with customers via email and it could take as long as 48 hours!!!!!!!!!! The B79 Brewing System was to be a birthday gift for my husband. Unfortunately, by the time CoffeeHots gets around to answering my email correspondence, my husband's birthday will have passed without a gift.
At best, I will have to comply with CoffeeHots' onerous return policies before I receive the item I actually ordered.
Beware before you buy--CoffeeHots' website states that if for any reason, you do not wish to keep your purchase (including their error!!!!)
YOU MUST:
1. Email CoffeeHots within 48 hours of receiving the product(s);
2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from CoffeeHots;
3. Place the RAN on the outside of the package in clear view when returning;
4. Send the items to be returned, complete with RAN number within 48 hours of receiving them; and
5. THE COST OF RETURNING THE PACKAGE MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ALSO BEWARE, If CoffeeHots determines you are ineligible to return your item(s), they will deny your request to return the product(s) without further information being provided!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At best this transaction has been nothing but a pain in the ***. At worst, this has been a fruadulent comsumer transaction for which I intend to report CoffeeHots to the proper authorities immediately. Thank God I paid by American Express!!

Found out about Coffeehots through Google Shopping - it was cheaper than a lot of other websites by $100. (the price in june 2012 was $350 on average and coffeehots were selling for only $200). Google rated Coffeehots 3.5 stars but when I went to trustpilot, it was only 2.5 stars with a lot of comments regarding horrible customer service and no shipment received. I had to say I was really worried, but I did it anyway b/c of the good comments I read. Glad to say that, there was no problem at all when I placed my order. I emailed coffeehots regarding how worried I was and they responded back within two days (I exchanged emails with them at least 4 times and they replied back everytime). I also received my beautiful Buttercup Kitchenaid Stand Mixer within a week and a half of ordering. :) It even came 2 days earlier than expected and I live in California. Would not doubt service ever again. A wonderful buy and I am so happy that I saved myself $150.

Please Communicate With Your Customers
I found your site through Google and chose it because the price you offered. The transaction was smooth, but only because you use Paypal.
In order for people to take you serious and quit complaining, you really need to communicate better with your customers, after all, without them, you would cease to exist.
Simple things like letting them know you'll process the payment soon and that you hadn't forgot about them.
The reviews about your site out there are scary and thankfully my order was processed.
After a quick email, I got my coffee maker overnight at a great rate!
I was skeptical at first but emailed. I got a response and received my great priced machine overnight.
Charged for a product I never received
I placed an order for a Keurig Special Edition brewer for my mom's birthday on July 21st. I received an email on July 24th stating my purchase was confirmed and being shipped. I returned home from traveling for work on July 27 that FedEx attempted to deliver the product on the 24th, 25th and 26th and I would now need to pick it up at FedEx depot. I went to the FedEx depot to learn that the shipper had asked FedEx to return the package and not allow me to pick it up. They gave me the name and number of the person who gave this direction. I attempted to call that person to get an out of date message and no return call. I then attempted to contact the vendor through their website. They have a number but don't answer it. I then sent an email explaining the situation and have yet to hear back.

The product was just what I ordered and arrived in less than a week! Email communication was a bit delayed and not as detailed or grammatically as correct as I would have liked, but for the great price, I can overlook those details. Will order again.

i purchased an item which was shipped out to me. upon realizing the product was defective, they called it back midshipment. to make it up to me, they gave me a shipping refund and shipped a replacement item in enough time to give it as a birthday gift, as i'd intended. would definitely use again!

When I ordered the Keurig B60 Black Special Edition Brewer, I expected the price to be more expensive then it was. Boy was I wrong. The price was the lowest amount that I found. I also got free shipping and an additional $10.00 off the final price. What a shock. I ordered the keurig on July 12 and received it on July 14. Fast wasn't it. I gave the keurig to my daughter on her 32nd birthday. She made coffee with it within 2 hours and has been raving about it every day. I told her how much she would like it since I have had one for 2 years and have never regretted purchasing my keurig.
