The price and selection is the best around. However, it took weeks before my PayPal transaction was accepted, and a couple of emails. So it is well worth it, but be VERY patient.

I ordered the Kuerig as a gift for my dad. Got the confirmation and eventually the tracking info. My dad called to tell me it was refused by Lowe's. What does Lowes have to do with it??? I then get an e-mail saying it was a defective product and it was recalled and I would receive a $10. credit. Today the credit shows up but my dad still does not have his Kuerig. If they recalled the product because of a defect, a new one should have been shipped immediately. When is he going to get it????

still wanting for the coffe pot to get here. they gave me a tracking number but not how it was coming so still dont know where my pot is. that phone number always goes to voice mail no matter what time of day you call.

You can not beat the amazing prices. I received my Keurig B40 system super fast in perfect condition and I am very happy with my purchase.

I tracked my order using the code they gave me and noticed that they recalled my order. I emailed them about this and they apologized, refunded me 10 dollars for the inconvenience and then overnighted another coffee maker! Impressed and a fabulous deal!

My only reservation about this company are the coupon codes they send out. No restrictions are given when they send them to you, but when you try to use them they are not valid or require a large dollar purchase.

I had no trouble with any aspect of my order. It was easy to order. I received immediate email confirmation. I was kept informed of progress. I received my order much more quickly than I expected. Once again, I am very pleased.

I bought one of those fancy 1 cup coffee machine and got it for more than half price off.

Problems with the website and then with PayPal. Sent an email to cancel the order and NEVER HEARD FROM A SOUL!!!

Instead, lo and behold, the item showed up on my doorstep.

Tried calling them too; wasn't shocked when I didn't receive an answer!

The coffeemaker I purchased cost significantly less than other websites and stores. It was delivered in three days via FedEx. I couldn't be happier with the service and price.

Very easy to order. Came the same day as the email that it had shipped.

This place rocks, got a sweet Kurig platinum for half of what I could of bought it at retail. Done deal and could not be happier.

Seller store malfunctioned, I was unable to log in and check my order status, shipping confirmation arrived weeks after product arrived, phone number is disconnected, and my support email (which claimed 48 hour turn around time) was never answered. I was completely prepared to cancel my order, I had contacted my credit card, but they stated that I could not dispute charges until the charge was fully processed. They have low prices, but I'm not sure it's worth it for the frustration.

A brand-new KitchenAid Artisan Mixer for just over $200 w/no shipping cost was nearly unbelievable (unbelievable until I got it). It arrived perfect. I was hesitant since an unknown site but read reviews and thought I'd try it. I emailed and phone with no direct response with either but after 5 days, a generic email came telling me shipping but no UPS tracking #. Happily, few days later, it was delivered. All was within the estimated shipping time. Would have like responses to my communication but final outcome, I'm a very happy customer as I love the mixer, and it's color and price!

Makes great tasting coffee and has a variety of flavors I recommend it for those coffee lovers.

I would look at them again, but hopfully they would be more careful when filling my order. I ordered a mixer in silver and they sent one in white. It doesnt kill the deal , but i dont want the trouble to send it back and pay for shipping or other charges.

My first transaction but super fast delivery and best price. I will always buy from coffeehots. Shipping said 5 to 7 business days and I got in 2! Can't see how any site can out do them. There price was better than anyone out there!
