Mr. Travis Lepsch really went to bat for me to get me to the finish line of closing my refinance deal. Through his calls he continually kept me informed of next steps in the process. He was readily available to answer all questions. What is typically a very stressful process Mr. Lepsch made the process seem less so. Which I truly appreciated! Hoping to do business with him again !

The team at COGO were great at communicating and keeping the process on track.

I must give special praise to Bill Koder and Ernest Mendez, who were absolutely instrumental in ensuring the success of this loan. Their meticulous due diligence, as well as their unflagging communication with all parties involved, made this transaction a triumph. It's evident that their expertise and commitment reflect the high standards that COGO Capital sets for its team.

It has really been a great week coordinating with Mr. “AWESOME JD” Josh Downing and helping me and Peggy with travel arrangements to Coeur D’ Lane for 5 days in October. JD connected me with a young Loan Officer named Eric Radamencher.I see you must pride yourself in finding young talent, because he is a great communicator and helped me tremendously. He introduced me to what I think is the most awesome tool Cogo has! The Collateral DNA tool. Eric explained the numbers to me and gave some great tips, plus he gave me his number and email. Very rare to find such a young man with that much motivation. Someone give Eric a hug and a handshake from me and Peggy! Wow! We can’t wait to meet everyone!

Nick Fiacco was a great consultant and motivator when I reached out to COGO with questions on certification and brokering aspects. He really took time to explain things as simply as possible so it was easier to understand and get the ball rolling. Looking forward to closing my first deal!

This was my first closing as a broker on the deal and it went well. Everyone involved worked well together. I am excited to get started on my next one!

Bait and Switch. They sent a term sheet which was actually downright attractive so I paid the $197 application fee. The term sheet they THEN gave me for my loan was nothing like the one they baited me with and they were totally unworkable for my deal. It looked it was for someone else's loan There were also fees that I saw disclosed for the first time.

They have a link for requests for refunds/customer services. Still, after 2 inquiries, not even an acknowledgement that there was an issue.

Anyone can go to their website and generate a Proof of Funds for $14.97. Embarrassing, because my seller did exactly that, without any of my loan details, and generated the exact same letter I had given to him.

They took and took and returned absolutely nothing of value.

Lessons learned: gold cross = red flag, "have a blessed day" = "see ya"

We went from a 30-day closing to a 60-day closing with no other notice than the loan was stuck in underwriting in a company other than COGO Capital. The loan had been shopped out and COGO's loan officer had no control or influence whatsoever until the other company's underwriter returned it. We were expecting to close end of January and no one could tell us if the borrower had to produce some other document or what needed to be done. I do not think that sending your loans to another company to be underwritten is in COGO's best interest.

Also, when my broker fee check was received, it was for 1/2 point. I don't believe I ever asked for only 1/2 point. COGO will have to produce my agreement to such an arrangement.

On a positive note, all the points of contact at COGO Capital were very understanding, appreciative, kind and warm.

Everything was easy and convenient to do and everyone was extremely helpful. The time it took to complete this loan was short and with everyone working together took no time at all.

These guys where the most efficient and effective group I have dealt with in years. Their communication was top of the line they answered all of my questions and made the entire process seamless and simple and I definitely look forward. This is my second loan with Cogo Capital and they are always friendly and eager to help. We used Gateway Title to do the closing. This is my 3rd time using them as well and I love know everyone by name and they know me when I call. All of the staff at Cogo now know me and it is nice when you get a familiar voice on the phone. I plan on using Cogo Capital for all of my investment needs. They make the process seamless and easy to understand.

I did the $30,000 Mentorship package. Then I got sold the VA (Virtual Asisstant) $6,000 starter 20 hrs. I needed to cancel that, tried to by phone, but no one returned call. I never did get the VA. I emailed "Customer Care" & got the legalize e-mail saying I had 3 biz days, we're not going to refund you 6k. So this company wants to keep my 6k for a VA I never got after I tried to cancel???

The loan process took a bit longer than I expected. It is my first loan with COGO. I learned a lot along the way as to how the process works best. I need to remember to get certain items done so that things can go smoother next time.

This was my 1st Cogo transaction of hopefully many more to come. Robert helped me restructure and resubmit several times until I got it right. I appreciate everyone's help. Thanks!

The experience was a good one. The cogo team made me provide alot of information but they move very fast once all documents are received. The company members all have a great attitude and great customer service.

Kyra and Ashley were great to work with. I signed up for the private loan broker class as my first experience with Lee Arnold. This was our first deal through y’all. Looking forward to the next!

I was having a very difficult moment with one of my deals. I had a house ready to be sold under a contract and something from the county stopped me and required more time to finish that part of the process, however I didn't have that time and I just thought for the first moment try CoGo Capital (heard a lot, never give the shot before), to find out that since the first moment Robert Homewood and later Kimberly Rowe, did everything possible to meet my tight and very precise situation. They helped me HUGE, they saved me from being in a default with my other lender and I just want to say THANK YUO to you Both and the rest of the team. This means a lot to me. You literally saved my business. You CoGo Capital said yes from the beginning, they promised me be on time, they did and now I will just finish my process, sold the house, paid everyone and count with CoGo Capital for many and many more deals.
