The design team and customer service is perfection!
Your team was amazing. I barely had an idea in my mind about a 911 challenge coin and was blown away at how awesome it looks. The quick responses to questions and proofs was amazing and so rare nowadays. They gave me several proof options for my team to decide on and had no problem quickly giving me pricing options so we could decide on how many to order.

Excellent communication and quick response. Was able to put a coin together off a crappy hand drawn idea. Making several changes was easy to do and again quick with the changes. As of this review I have not received the product so I can not comment on finished product yet.
