Title: Disappointing Experience Withdrawing NORMIE Coins - One Star

My experience with CoinEx has unfortunately been quite frustrating, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. As a user who invests in various cryptocurrencies, I expect a smooth transaction process, including the ability to efficiently withdraw my coins when needed. Sadly, CoinEx has failed to deliver in this regard, specifically with my NORMIE coins.

Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to withdraw my NORMIE coins, which has caused me significant inconvenience and concern about the security of my investment. I understand that issues can arise, but a lack of resolution has left me feeling helpless and unsatisfied with CoinEx's services.

As a customer, I expect more from a cryptocurrency platform, especially when it comes to managing and accessing my digital assets. I hope that CoinEx addresses these concerns and improves its platform, so other users do not encounter similar difficulties. For now, I must leave a one-star rating to reflect my dissatisfaction with their service.

This company is a scam along with their admin Avarinth Yohann. You will invest a small amount and then they will show you the great profits you made but you need to deposit an additional amount in order to withdraw those profits. After you deposit the additional amount they will come up with an excuse for you to deposit more and more and more. You will never get anything out of them.

The password can't contain "(" and ")". Restricting what (basic) characters can I use in my password while being money exchange/wallet is a major red flag for me.

This is a fraud site makes you in a hurry and keeps you in infactuation that you are making good profits, but it will never and you can never make profit in this platform.
When you open an account they never tell you the truth about them selves and encourage you to invest bigger amount and a manager comes promising you the moon. They make you invest you in such a way that margin falls and you keep investing more. When you end up using all your money you get liquidated and lose all your money. I will never recommend anyone to open an account here. Its designed to suck all your money . LOO OOOK ABOVE EEE

Many coins available but not enough volume, tons of server lag issues especially during large market drops and spikes. easy to get liquidated because of their poor servers. Horrible

Have been trying to get hold of customer support and haven’t answered me. My eth has been deposited but not showing up in my account to trade with. No good

This scammer they will send you a text message on your phone saying for example hi ! They are looking for a such person name if you become their friend after a week they will mentioned about how much they make from cryto and want you to join them. Becareful it is s scam don't fall into their trap always make excuses to them. They will send you pictures of themselves to you showing they are driving nice Ferrari mustang etc. Most of them they will tell you they are in US but it is not true.

Bad company!! Nothing worked as expected. So i filed a complaint to the website on my title/headline and got a refund

I’ve been months getting verified and now I am trying to withdraw 15k usdc and there saying I have to pay $1900 but can’t use what’s in my account . Anybody having this issue

If you deposit or withdraw it’s pretty gast, even if you do a swap. The app is user friendly and no Kyc needed. I like Coin ex very much, don’t know why ppl are complaining.

I have been using this exchange for more than a year and it is much better than Kucoin, with all type of early gems under one platform. It would be good platform after Mexc Global.

Fake ,scam and ponzi . I was locked of my account for weeks .I had to find an alternative by reporting to the team/website written on my profile name and later got my refund of £53k

It all started good - I registered as a user, the security worked perfectly - then the problem came when I had to start using the platform and had to deposit funds on the site.

I've been now sitting since early this morning and now it's late at night - and I still haven't received my deposit.

What does 5000 confirmations mean - it's totally ridiculous - at the time of writing, only 500 verifications have been made - as it looks now, I can see that it will take a week before I can even start trading on this ridiculous platform.

One thing is for sure, as soon as my fund arrives, I need to get off this platform ASAP - I have never experienced such a ridiculously long verification process as this platform has.

My advice to others - STOP considering using this platform in the first place - find a far better alternative ASAP!!!

Day five and I FINALLY got my deposit - I transferred them back as fast as I could and ran as fast as I could AWAY from this platform.

The only issue I have if I want to withdrawal USDT from my wallet to different wallet it took for ever while in another site's it took 30 min max.
And when I contact customer service they said wait it took take up to 72 hours and they don't work during week end

Never had any issues getting crypto in or out of their system. However, because I had logged in from a NYC hotel one time, they sent me a notice that I had to delete my account because NYC is not a supported area. A tad annoying, but okay, I'm not actively trading at the moment. Fees aren't as competitive as other sites, but not horrible.
