While Sophia was responsive, the answers were deeply concerning and confirm this is a high-risk, unregulated operation.

They Admit to Being Unregulated: When asked for their regulatory license, the representative stated clearly: "We operate as an unregulated entity." This is not speculation; it is their declared business model. They justify this by offering higher leverage, which is precisely why regulators restrict it—to protect retail traders from catastrophic losses.

Withdrawals Are Subject to Arbitrary "Internal Protocols": My primary question was about the process to withdraw profits. The answers were consistently vague and alarming:

Verification checks are conducted "randomly."

When pressed for a written policy outlining the rules for these checks, I was told they are triggered due to "internal security protocols."

Despite multiple requests, the representative refused to provide a written Withdrawal Policy document and directed me to the website instead, where such critical details are not clearly stated.

This is a classic non-answer that leaves US traders in a dangerous gray area, likely with zero legal recourse.

Company is Based in a Remote Jurisdiction: The provided legal address is in Comoros, a known offshore location with minimal financial oversight and investor protection.

Coinexx is transparent about being unregulated, which is the only clear fact they offer. Everything related to the safety of your funds—specifically your right to withdraw them—is governed by undefined "internal" and "random" protocols.

Do not deposit funds here expecting a normal brokerage experience. You are entrusting money to an unregulated entity that will decide, after the fact and based on its own secret rules, whether to allow you to withdraw. The $1,000 stablecoin minimum further complicates access to your capital.

My interaction was purely investigative, and I am thankful I conducted it. I urge all traders, especially those in the US, to avoid Coinexx and choose a properly regulated broker where your rights as a client are defined by law, not by vague internal protocols.

My money was stolen during an internal transfer. It never go sent to the other account but is not in the account I sent it from either. The customer can’t find the funds. This is theft and I do not recommend them because of this.

I had an urgent issue that was quickly resolved by a team member named Anna Carter. I made a dumb mistake and sent bitcoin to an expired address that was supposed to be a one time use. I use kraken so it saves your wallet addresses smh. I sent 2k and realized the balance didn’t update. Luckily Anna and the team at coinexx helped me resolve this issue asap. By far the best customer service.

Very quick and helpful customer support from Chris Paul. One of the biggest issues I have with forex brokers is how late some of them take to respond to inquiries, but coinexx doesn't really suffer from that. You can create accounts very quickly, and their agents can transfer your money without issue. Definitely recommend them if you want transparency and efficiency.
