Gave them another chance today buying 2 Steam 20$ gift cards and one of them was faulty, couldnt redeem it in the steam store.. now i gotta wait (dont know how much) to get a answer and solve the issue (if solved)...
I was a usual customer (ive bought many many steam cards) but since they changed the provider of steam cards keys me and my friends(which i was the one who recommended the site) face many issues reedeming keys, they sent faulty or wrong codes and had to contact the customer support, very dissapointed in the direction they headed their steam gift card system.

Refund Scam
I’m never using your platform again and will be leaving 1-star reviews everywhere, including posting on reddit and twitter to warn others.
You accepted funds and then didn’t fulfill the order, saying the system disabled the invoice, only to ask for identity verification afterward for refund. Most users won’t do that for privacy reasons and that's how you basically steal money

What I value most in my experience is…
What I value most in my experience is the consistent reliability and trustworthiness demonstrated.
A very excellent experience
A very excellent experience, quick in preparing orders and issuing purchase invoices. I advise everyone to deal with him.
Smooth experience
I bought Get Your Guide gift card using Apple pay - the whole process went smoothly and the gift card was delivered instantly.

EDIT: they solved the problem quickly, thank you
Bitrefill was down so I wanted to try Coingate. First experience is a disaster. I bought a gift card for food delivery, I ended up received a gift card for transportation!! What a waste of time, now I have to talk to their support to sort this out! Waiting for a refund

Confirmed crypto payment held for over a month – no resolution
I am sharing this experience so others are aware of the risks when using crypto payments with CoinGate Gift Cards.
I made a confirmed blockchain payment for order #1658138. The transaction was successfully completed on-chain, and the funds were sent to the payment address generated during CoinGate’s checkout process.
It has now been over one month.
The funds have not been released, the order has not been completed, and no refund has been issued.
CoinGate states that the funds are held by their payment processor (SpectroCoin) and that they have no authority over the review process.
SpectroCoin states that they were unable to process the payment and suggests contacting my wallet provider — despite the blockchain confirming successful transfer to their generated address.
The result is a circular situation where both parties refer responsibility elsewhere, while the confirmed funds remain inaccessible.
After more than a month, no defined resolution timeline has been provided.
I am simply requesting one of two reasonable outcomes:
• Release of the held funds to complete the order; or
• An on-chain refund of the confirmed payment.
I will update this review if and when the issue is properly resolved.

One star is to much
One star is to much, more of 0 stars deserved. Our company was rejected from account validation with a reson that even the agent could not share (more that she did not know). Here is agent replay when I asked on the rejection reasons (conversation starts from the end) :
"Hello,
Unfortunately, due to our internal company policies and compliance requirements, I am unable to share specific details regarding the reason for the rejection.
Thank you for your understanding!
Have a nice day,

Just avoid the headache
Just avoid the headache. Integration doesn't work half the time, they freeze your funds the other half of the time, and their support doesn't even know what they're doing. Even after jumping through hoops for weeks and getting things going, they always manage to find reasons to deactivate you. We sell web services and based out of Canada so nothing out of the ordinary but for some reason they like to reject paperwork 6 months after they (finally) accepted it. These are government issued documents so nothing we can even change about them.
