Top Fake Coin Platform!!! Spammers & Time Consuming

Don't do anything in the coinpayments platform. I purchased a giftcard and a link was generated to see the card details, but the link was fake and I contacted the support team.

They always say about a ticket link which is not available to see and the order id I have attached to get support was denied by them.

Top spammer I have ever experiend before. High recommend not to using the platform!!! They never refund as well.

The support memeber's name is Ben who is spammer, fyi.

Fraudulent "Recovery Fee" Scam

Fraudulent "Recovery Fee" Scam – Stay Away!

Review:
CoinPayments stole my money. Here’s how:

- I sent crypto to **their provided address** (TxID: `4d1adb5...037d`).
- They then lied, saying I sent the "wrong coin," and demanded ‘60 TRX’ (nearly my full payment) to return it.
- Support refused to help, saying: "Our decision is final."

This is a scam. They **intentionally** design their system to "fail" and extort fees.

DO NOT USE THEM.

This has been a very disappointing…

This has been a very disappointing experience. I paid $53, but only received $36. My issue has still not been resolved. It feels like the customer has been taken advantage of. Please look into this matter and resolve it urgently.
