I been for days trying to redeem my winnings, I’m able to get $50 in gift cards but every time it sends me to prizeout to get my gift card it says error, I’ve already contacted both parties. Now my account is locked on Coinsback. Bad for business if your trying to run a casino.

I know this casino is new and just launched but it's having wayyyyy to many issues. First it's not tracking any of the referrals from peoples referral links and then it's having a major verification issue. My ID is verifying completely fine but the second part is address verification. I submitted a current bank statement 5 different times and it kept getting denied and said it wasnt current within the past 3 months but it was. Then I finally took a picture of my ID and submitted it. That went through fine and it said I was fully verified and then I hit on the free coins and went to redeem. I wake up this morning and apparently they no longer wanted to accept the picture of my ID and wanted another proof of address so I submitted yet another bank statement it went through and my redemption was still pending. Then an hour later another email saying nevermind we need another proof of address so here we are round three of submitting yet another bank statement. We'll see what happens this time. I had high hopes for this casino but it's turning out to be not so great. Hopefully things turn around. Also support is almost non existent I messaged after the first verification issue and they responded two hours later talking about the sign up bonus and were to claim it which had nothing to do with what I messaged them about.
