Imagine the most unreliable system and…

Imagine the most unreliable system and the most haphazard support team you can. You are imagining Coinsbit.

I purchased coins on an IEO at coinsbit and they were not made available to me at the end of the IEO and I received no support despite multiple attempts to reach out to them.

I then logged out and was unable to log back in. Again support was useless and communicated poorly, did not listen to my situation and attempted to ask me for my wallet details.

I used coinsbit because it was the only place available for the token I wanted to purchase. I do not recommend this exchange even if it is your only option. Just find a different project to support because this has been constant hassle with 0 results. Your choice though.

Scam and MISLEADING

NO WHERE does it say that KYC is required for withdrawal. I deposited thinking I would be able to withdraw without KYC, later did I know that they’re scammers and have locked my tokens from me. They don’t try to say that they’re banned in the US either, not even in the terms of service.

BEWARE! Did not receive my Bitcoin!

As of right now, my account is awaiting verification, this is the second time as it failed without reason the first time. I sent €130 worth of Bitcoin from my coinbase to coinsbit account. Coinbase verified with me that I should have received this transfer as I checked addresses and everything were correct. Coinbase said to reach out to coinsbit and I am now waiting on a reply. I will rate 5 stars and update this review the second I get my money but until then stay away!!! CONTACT ME COINSBIT

During the listing of TAT2 TOKEN - EXCHANGE DID NOT SHOW TOKENS ON THE ACCOUNT BALANCE

During the listing of TAT2 TOKEN, I SEND TOKENS TO THE EXCHANGE 1 DAY BEFORE TRADING STARTS.

THE TOKENS DID NOT arrive at my account balance, they lied to me that it's a problem with the polygon network, but on polygon scan, it shows that transaction to the exchange is successful.

I would never use that exchange as it destroyed my trading option of the token during its launch period.

The same situation occurred to many other wallets during that day.

They are scamers.

They deserve your attention

Where to begin?
I have been using this exchange for several months now and I am simply delighted with the technical support, these guys really work 24/7, whenever I write to them - they always provided me with qualified assistance, whether it was a telegram or an exchange internal chat.
Withdrawals are processed quickly, although they say that the time limit is up to 3 hours, the commissions are pleasantly pleasing, there are many trading pairs, contests and opportunities to earn money.
Special thanks for the constant announcements with listings of new tokens, this really shows the level of the exchange.
Keep it up.

Horrible Verification

I have tried to verify my account 3 time 2 times with drivers id and once with passport and have been waiting to withdraw my money from this horrible website with horrible service. I even offered to email them all my details but still I am told to wait. And who does a verification after deposit like how does that even make sense?
Dont use this website unless they change the people working on this exchange.

Still waiting for verification and all support does it tell you to wait. Its been 10 days and counting.

Hello, dear user. The site of the platform states that to fully use the account - KYC verification is required. Please read the rules carefully and familiarize yourself with the platform before registering and depositing funds.

Below, we provide you with instructions to help you understand how to pass the KYC verification:
1- You need to upload one of these documents: passport (fully visible inside photo), ID card (front and back side) or driving license (front and back side).
2- Then you have to upload a selfie of yourself, holding the same document you uploaded and a note with the word Coinsbit correctly written by hand and also the current date.
3- Make also sure you fill correctly the "Name and Contacts" form.
Make also sure you don't edit your photos because we don't accept graphically edited photos.

All the best to you.

Good day, dear user.
Blocking an account on the exchange is usually associated with suspicious actions of the user and checking by the security service of the exchange. Usually user is informed about it, as well as the results of the checking. If the involvement of the user in violations of the rules is proven - the user in any case retains his funds, which were not acquired illegally. If the user is not involved in violations - all his funds remain on the balance.
Please give us your contact info, so we can find out what the problem is.
Don't worry - your funds are safe.

Scam

The account was blocked.
Think about it. By trading on this exchange, you can get funds illegally.
Complete absurdity.
It is better to use exchanges where you can trade without fear.
