after a few hick ups to get all up and running especially the KYC and change of email, I managed to get money in and especially out without issues. As many below I thought my money was going to be trapped but I got it out in the end. The customer service is clearly not proficient in English and leads to loss in translation and service, but with patience you get there! Hotmail was the issue in the end for me blocking emails from them and not coinsbit.

Avoid this site at all costs

UPD: They accuse me of fraud after they stole my money. Apparently you cannot use their API to make profit. I don't remember that being in TOS. They make stuff to block your account and steal your money. Do you need any further proof that you should avoid their site?

Don't be the fool I was when I disregarded 42% negative reviews and decided to deposit crypto to this scam site. All of a sudden my account gets blocked for security check and a month in there's no resolution in site. I've given up hope of getting my find back so let this be the warning for you to never use this scam site.

If you want more details. They wouldn't tell me anything other than my account is being checked by security team. For a month. They never asked for any information. Wouldn't tell me anything.

Dear User, our internal security service has checked your account. We also repeated this check after you contacted us here.
But twice it became known that the account was blocked for violating exchange rules and trading in an unfair way.
Accordingly, the funds that you earned by violating the rules of the exchange were blocked. These funds did not belong to you - you earned them fraudulently.
In such cases, the security service blocks such actions. This is stated in our rules.

Users who do not violate the rules and try to earn money by fraud - never had problems on the exchange. We are sorry, but in your case we will not be able to help you.

All the best to you.

All my trades and transactions are successful till date. One transaction took way more time than it should take for team to process but I understand the technical difficulties sometimes any exchanges face. I appreciate the quick responses from support team for each of my support requests and my messages but I really like to see their quick resolution as well in any future support requests; technical issues which are out of support team hand and are dependent on technical team are excused. Overall good support team

Coinsbits is stealing my $2000 deposit. Use at your own risk.

I have been locked out of my account for over a month. Support provides no reason; it only says it has been escalated to technology. I think they are crooks. Beware of using this site.

Update 10/25: It has been 2 months and my account is still blocked. They will no longer respond to my emails. I stand by the previous statement. Coinsbit are crooks. I suggest no one does business with Coinsbit. See their response below. Why they do not contact me if they are checking for fraud. Notice how he says they will determine fraud and decide what I receive from my deposit. The only fraud is by Coinsbit. I am lucky I only lost $2,000 to them. Use them at your own risk.

Update 12/24/21
I am stilled being blocked from gaining access to my account. No one from Coinsbit has explained. I assume my money is gone too. Do not do busy with Coinsbit.

Update 4/4/22
I am still blocked from my account and still have not received a response from Counsbits. They are true scam. Stole over $2000 from me.

Dear user, if your account has been blocked, it means that you are suspected of committing fraud on your account. Since we are constantly working on the security of the exchange, we immediately block suspicious accounts. After the checking - you will be notified of the consequences. If everything is transparent from your side - you will definitely get your funds. Do not worry, your funds, which are not obtained fraudulently, 100% safe.
Regards,
support service.

USA CUSTOMERS BEWARE

USA CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

i made an account in this exchange because the internet said it was good and trusted. i deposited btc into the account from my wallet so i could convert and trade funds.
that took about a weeks time.. and when the coins finally arrived into my exchange i decided i just wanted them out. i had to verify myself so i uploaded my passport and did everything i was suppose to. was denied within one day because the united states aren’t authorized to use their kyc.
i made a support request and just as everyone said… no replies, i have maybe 7 tickets opened and 5 say fixed snd the others tell me to contact security. which i did, i contacted security.. i emailed them i made 7 support tickets all related to just making one withdrawal.
all i want to do is make one withdrawal from the account back to my wallet and they won’t allow it. they won’t talk to me and they won’t actually help.
i l’ost a decent amount of money, and i’m started to realize that there is no hope. please please stay away. i’ll be posting this on reddit as well.

Hello , dear user. Yes, indeed, we have a separate withdrawal procedure for US users. BUT usually such requests are resolved within a few days, since the procedure is more complicated. Don't worry, we never misappropriate other people's funds.
Provide your contact info so we will be able to check your issue.

Funds never returned. US Citizens beware.

I submitted to Coinsbit's Know Your Customer process in late August, and set up an account. At that time there were no indicators that US citizens were not allowed on the exchange. Following that I transferred tokens from an ICO. Afterwards, I was informed my account was not approved due to my country of citizenship, although I had clearly disclosed it via the drop-down menus in the KYC registration process (perfect opportunity for them to disclose my ineligibility, but they failed).

Fast-forward a month - I opened ticket 97935, and I've gone through every step they told me to so I could have my account closed and the funds forwarded to another account. No response to any of my emails after I followed the second step of the process (forwarding a total repeat of the initial KYC process to their "security" team). If there was any answer to my chat inquiries, they were vague and told me to be patient (as if I was the problem). I have been patient, until now.

Last Thursday, they cut off access to my account so I can no longer view my funds. Fortunately I have screenshots of everything, so if that's an attempt at fraud it's not going to work. Perhaps if they knew I was married to a lawyer who deals in international cases they would have resolved this faster..too late for that I guess as I have free representation for what is going to happen next.

Reading other reviews, I see some people state they got their funds back. Other people didn't.

There is absolutely no valid reason for a refund to take this long. Run, don't walk, from this website.

--

Update - Coinsbit's reply on 10/25/2021 is smoke and mirrors. I've been actively trying to get a refund for two months now. They know exactly how to contact me (they can simply reference the case number in the text above), exactly how much they owe me, and exactly how bogus their response is.

Coinsbit. io is a scame to loot money

i purchased some song coins from coinsbit.io and wanted to withdraw them to my metamask wallet. Then i came to know that i need to KYC to withdraw. I applied for KyC 2 times and it got rejected. Now my funds are stuck in the exchange. There is no option to withdraw my funds. and they keep on rejecting my KYC. I am from Pakistan living in DUBAI. They should have informed while depositing the funds that they dont support people living in UAE.

This coinsbit.io exchange is looting money. and sure it is a scame to loot money.

Dear User, according to the rules of the exchange, there is a list of countries with which we have exclusive rules. Therefore, your documents belong to the list of countries with which we have a separate procedure. Provide your data so we can withdraw your funds in a separate procedure.
Please note that the support team has already provided you with instructions to solve the problem several times.
Do not worry, your request will be resolved as soon as possible if you try to listen to the support service.
All the best to you.

RUN AWAY !

Just trying to avoid from all of you my lamentable experience with Coinsbit.
They blocked my funds, and despite dozens of emails to the support, no answer at all except “Dear user, please clarify” even though I have sent several times all the details requested. So, impossible to withdraw your funds.
I could add that they remove every msg in their telegram group when it’s a critic and remove you from the group just after.
RUN AWAY

If there is a option to select -5, I will press it. I deposited some coin twice and the transactions are successful and I saw the balance, but soon later it become 0 balance. I contacted the customer service, but they just answered like a machin and saying "please send it to the **@**.***. I waited already more than 1 week. Still the same. They don't say anything after say the email.

[Update]Be careful when you withdraw your token

I tried to withdraw my SafeEarth token six times. However, almost none of them were successful (only successful for once). The most important is that I lost all the tokens I requested to withdraw after an unsuccessful withdrawal. I have already submitted a ticket on 01/06/2021 (ticket number is 91873) but still haven't received any useful response from their customer support team. I am very disappointed with Coinsbit since they cannot keep my assets safe, and their customer support team (or maybe the technical support team) is very inefficient. I am still waiting for their response. I will not change my rating score for Coinsbit until they solve my problem and return my tokens.

Update (Jun. 27, 2021): I received an email from Coinsbit on Jun 17, 2021. They asked me to describe my issue in detail. I replied to the email the following day. However, they haven't solved the problem until now.

Update (Jul. 1, 2021): Finally, they solved my problem and return my coins. I decided to give Coinsbit a higher rating score since at least they can solve the technical problems for their customers. For those who have issues with withdrawal on Coinsbit, just send emails to their customer support team, submit tickets and chat with their staff on Telegram. Your problem will be solved eventually (although it may take weeks).
