I use CoinStats everyday to track crypto coins I like and some I buy....I am very happy and impressed with their responses to my questions .. recommendations....
They are very helpful and the Application is friendly ..versatile and absolutely invaluable to me. I can go there instead of actual exchanges to get fast information on new coins or ones I own already....I would be lost without their app......F you own crypto...or want to...this app is a must have!!!!!

I’ve tried plenty of portfolio trackers over the years, but CoinStats just gets it right. Clean interface, quick syncing, and accurate data — everything works the way it should. I love how it connects all my wallets without a mess, and the performance tracking is spot on.

Account was suspended, reached out to customer support. There was a quick response to request. Representative Martha, was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the situation, and problem was resolved very quickly. 👍🏾👍🏾

Pretty good - very nice UI, protocols and such still expanding. They didn't have my local CEX but after about a couple of weeks from a request they added it and a couple other small defi protocols. I think this shows they're listening and expanding, so ye I think this team are v good.

Do not use CoinStats. This company is shady and cannot be trusted. I was charged the yearly subscription on 2025-08-30 for an annual renewal I did not want. I attempted to cancel before the renewal — their own login activity shows I accessed my account on Aug 29 — but their website repeatedly signed me out and the “Manage account” button did nothing. I could not complete the cancellation because their system failed.

Instead of taking responsibility, CoinStats blamed me, stalled with evasive support replies, and initially refused to issue a refund. Only after I produced screenshots (their own login logs), public Trustpilot evidence of identical complaints from other users, and threatened escalation to Stripe, RBC, and Consumer Protection BC did they finally return my money.

This feels like a built-in trap: a broken cancellation flow plus a “no refund if you don’t cancel” policy equals an easy way for them to keep customers’ money. I paid for a year of service and was met with obstruction when I tried to stop the next charge.

My advice: avoid CoinStats entirely. If you somehow end up as a customer, monitor billing closely, cancel well before renewal, and save every screenshot and support message — you’ll need them to get your money back.

Great all-in-one crypto tracker! CoinStats makes it super easy to manage my portfolio across different exchanges and wallets. The interface is clean, syncing is smooth, and I love the analytics features. It saves me a lot of time and gives me a clear overview of my investments. Highly recommended!

Customer service is slow and below standard when it comes to helping with issues. The app is ok except for the average buy and P//L which works for some crpto but not for others.
Also, i cancelled my membership the day before it was to renew but they still debited my account. Tried to get it re-imbursed but again CS is slow to respond. The excuse is that they have to escalate it. It's been over a week now.

Long term standing, well updated, broader data sources & similar place CoinStats at the lead of their competition. It’s a sign of respect when others are compared to CS!
