Where to even begin with this horrible exchange. Their API sucks. Their login procedure is the most cumbersome I've ever experienced for a CEX and I have a lot of accounts.

My coins have been held hostage on this crooked exchange for over a year, and they just make excuses saying my deposits triggered anti-money laundering alarms. This is absolute BS, these deposits came from Kucoin and they can easily see that. I've done all the KYC, and have talked to support numerous times. I get nowhere. I can't even download my financial history. All I can do is log in and do basically nothing but look at my balances and wish I could withdraw them.

I have never had these kinds of problems with an exchange in many years of being in crypto. I think they make excuses and don't allow withdrawals so they can boost their stats and draw in more suckers. Absolute crooks. Stay far away.

worst platform I've ever seen. Everything is hidden, not up to date, bugging, information not stated clearly and need to spend a whole day to find simple stuff. Customer service is also not the best.

I invested $50k as a trial, getting $60,000 back. With that experience I invested $300,000, generating $1.5 million return. Yeah, unreal. When I attempted to withdraw, I was hit with a $235,000 channel fee. What? They said I had two weeks to pay up, of I would be assessed $50,000 a day after 2 weeks. I didn't have that kind of money. I pleaded with them and they are unyielding. After another 2 weeks I was informed my account would be liquidated and proceeds donated to charity. I was continually taunted. Like a launch countdown with a laugh track. $1.5 million, none of which can be used for their fee. It felt like a trap. It absolutely was entrapment.

I don't understand this. Is this more avoidance?
I translated via Google. It says "Thanks, we'll look into it." Well, they didn't much. I send volumes of video and text and it took them 20 minutes to say, "not us." What does that mean. Right on the trading site is the huge COINW logo. How do I know it's not them. Unless I see a face, how do I know anyone is a fake. Maybe the fake was telling me "Not us" and the real one is waiting for me to submit a claim. It's OK. I told them, I have a plan.

Used this site to do a couple trades. First one I was able to withdrawal my money with no problem. But the second time they said I had to pay identification fees and tax fees, once I paid their fees, they then said I had to do another 40% trade, so I did with $1000 I had in my account, but lost it. They then told me I could not use the money in my account and told me I had to add another $1000 to do a trade and then my last $-1400 would be released. I checked on them and they had a very bad rating online, so I’m just going to walk away and take the loss. I think they are really a fake platform and only let me have my money in the first place to hook me into putting more money into their platform. I would stay away from this site. It’s a scam.

the trading fees abusive the site works very bad no shows real resoults , the experience whit the copi trading horrible , many small trades whit l9oses desbalances and nothing its rigth.

They suck. Multiple $s was missing from my account and they never did anything to help. Support was unhelpful. My withdrawal froze and the platform ignored me. My family helped me find the right way to get my funds back. Open to share my experience.

I have also invested $5000 in June with a help of Kim Cherry ( then turned out scammer) in order to learn and profit in trading field. Firstly, I made some profits and withdraw successfully. Then, all of a sudden, my account went to zero balance stating that I broke their some rules like AML and KYC. My UID was 9164514. The support of CoinW is not responding anymore after several trials of withdrawals. They are asking to deposit the same amount of frozen money. Never trust this platform. They are all scammers and freeze your money as soon as you invest them. They have bullshit reasons to steal your money. Never ever trust them and invest.

The app is very intuitive. Used the academy tab to make sure I was ready to open my first trade, the support also helped and guided me, looking forward to using more

I couldn't download the app, so I used the web version. I transferred approximately 100 US in from my Kraken account. I am in Canada. I then attempted to perform the KYC and it keeps being disallowed because my email address is high risk.????? Four videos later with me holding my ID and I still can't access my money.

They have corrected my access, it took 3 days, and I have been able to trade on their platform.

They don't allow my withdrawal. Don't know why.
