No contact after multiple emails and 3 days time.
Ordered a shirt, When i went through all payment and made the order for some reason the address changed to my old address. So i emailed them about it and after 3 days am still yet to receive an email. Now my orders going to a house i used to live at and this could have been avoided if they were to have returned my multiple emails over the 3 days. Cmon guys. This could have been such a simple fix. Love your brand just a bit annoyed at the fact i will have to now go to the other side of town and hope that the new house owners keep it safe.
Edit: Got back to me finally with an email after 3 days, now going to have to make a few calls to see if i can redirect. This could have been a lot easier if they got back to me sooner. Lucky i love their merch.

Fire brand
Their clothes are so fashionable and high quaility. I personally love those hidden gems you can find in their catalog, those pieces where you can tell they wanted to go beyond the basic standard to make some more experimental pieces.
It might be a little pricey, but overall is such a good brand.

Best shipment and brand ever
Best shipment ever. I live in Mallorca, as it is an island, normally it last minimum 2 weeks. However with cold culture only 4 days. It is awesome, and also the t-shirt’s quality is amazing. Best brand ever. I really love it. The only thing I don’t enjoy is that the prices are a bit high, however it is worth it
