Bad delivery services received order yet placed…

I haven’t received my order yet placed 2 weeks ago in Europe. It should have been delivered within 1 week max. Poor delivery services, weak tracking system.

Bad quality

I visited your boutique in Paris. The in-store assistance was poor. I bought a T-shirt. I really loved it when I saw it in-store, but after 2 days, I wore it for the first time and realised there was a hole on the sleeve that I didn’t notice while I was still in the shop. I think it’s unacceptable to pay that much money for a t-shirt that is so sensitive and of poor quality.

My friend did not get a refund from this scamming brand cold culture. Don’t buy there, stay away from this store.

STAY AWAY FROM COLD CULTURE.

I bought a Long Sleeve in their store in Barcelona on 31st March 2026. I came back 30 minutes later and returned the item because I thought it wasn’t that pretty after all. I did not open it, I did not wear it, the item was in pristine/new condition.
At the store, they told me it was okay and started the refund procedure. They told me my money would be back in my account in around 2-3 days. We are now on 8th May and NO money was returned whatsoever. I have tried contacting the support many times and it’s either been day long waiting time for a vague response or they completely ignored me.

I am super disappointed in this brand and I don’t recommend you buy from it! Stay away from Cold Culture at all costs, they are dishonest and disrespectful towards their customers.

I, for sure, will never buy something from this brand again.
